Good value for money. The rooms were clean and big. Rooms were cleaned everyday and given fresh towels. The pool area was nice too and kept clean. Also plenty of sun beds. 7-11 next door and some shops and restaurants near by.

It is about 15-20 minute walk to Bangla Road. Which is good if you are wanting to be in the quieter part of Patong but still also near restaurants and shops. However if you are wanting to be closer to the beach or Bangla Road, it is about 15-20 min walk.

The hotel is a bit far from Bangla rd which is the main reason I chose it! I was able to finally sleep, no creepy people on the hallways, it’s a bit outdated but very clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful and there are some shops and food places to choose from right next door! I will definitely book again next time I’m in Patong Beach!

onderful stay at this hotel! The housekeeping was excellent — they cleaned the room thoroughly every day, keeping everything spotless. The hotel itself is simple but very clean and well-maintained. Fresh fruit is provided daily, which is a lovely touch.The staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything you need. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafés and a 7/11 nearby. The hotel also offers a waiting room for early or late check-ins and check-outs, which is super convenient.Even though the hotel is located on a busy street, the rooms are very well soundproofed — we didn’t hear any noise at all.The pool is warm and clean, perfect for a relaxing swim. Overall, the quality of the stay far exceeds the price — I highly recommend this place!

Good value for money, staff helped me a lot, especially a lady who was at reception desk. Good location if you want to save money, since average price in Patong is quite high.

Rooms are very spacious. 15-17 minutes walk to the beach. 7 eleven is just next to the hotel. It has a pool which is so good.Loved the stay

The staff are nice esp Nong. The swimming pool is great! The rooms are clean and big. It's close to everything, Patong Beach is around 12 mins walk.

Lovely and spacious room nearby all required places in city. Owner was super nice and friendly.

Location is about a 15 minute walk to the main bar road. Laundry place just next door and many restaurants nearby although no bars. Pool is very nice and big. Room well furnished with hot water and everything worked well. Beds comfy. Door locked. Good aircon. Easy to accomodate for a late checkout for free. Has a common area that you can sit in which is nice.

Check in it at 2pm but when we got there at 4pm the room still wasn’t ready so we had to wait 20 minutes to check in. Very disappointing. A little bit over priced in my opinion.

The staff are very nice & helpful especially Not & the owner. The room is spacious & very clean, spotless, they changed beddings & towels everyday.Very central location, walking distance about 10 mins to the beach & away from noise but still walking distance to Bangla Street.Joycelun shopping centre is also walking distance.The swimming pool is also a bonus after a day trip relaxing.

Just the front entrance deceiving as so many parked motorcycles sometimes no space to walk in but inside the hotel & room is well maintained.More lighting in the bathroom would be great.

Toilet paper and soap wasn't always refilled (had to ask). 15 minutes walking to the beach and Bangla road with lots of traffic and just tiny walkway.

Very good staff, they never bothered us about anything, always provide fresh fruits. Very nice swimming pool, very clean and tidy rooms, everyday change towels.

Great place to rest your head after a long day site seeing. Don't be fooled by external looks, it really is a well run place. Very good cleaning service, great pool. Not massive but not a bad size. I would recommend.

Everything was as I expected. Location is great, on a walking distance (10 min) to the Patong beach. A lof of 7elevens around, as well as many restaurants. Lady on the reception was really nice. If you are under the budget, but also want to be well located, have your own room with all necessary amenities, this is an ideal hotel for you.

Maybe an additional light in the bathroom is needed.

The lady was polite and kind and I loved the relaxing pool area. Perfect location too.

Bed was hard but soon as we told them they put a lovely thick mattress topper on top for us.
