More like a 2 star hotel We had to move to a better room which it was much nicer

First room had cockroaches in the room

Overal experience and distance to airport.

Some things are very rundown. Bathroom is leaking.Sea is not visible from room.

the location is great, right next to the airport and beachfront

the room was tiny, the bed even smaller. the wall was broken as was the main room light. bathroom not to any standard.

Excellent location staff friendly and helpful the only problem was dogs barking a lot in the night which is not a fault of the resort

Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. The beach is just a few metres away from the rooms. Perfect :)

A perfect place to go when first arriving in Phuket… relax and get ready for island hopping . Staff are very helpful and beach is right in front of you

Great accommodation just a 5 minute stroll from lots of restaurants that serve on the beach !! The restaurant on the sand in front of Ruan Mai has delicious seafood. What's not to love.

Good location. Out the gate and on to the beach!Beautifull and peaceful. Also good location for food,massage,streetfood,Tour shopping, Werry polite and smiling staff at the hotel.

The lights in the room. Big opening over entrance door,Moskitos can easy find their way in..and they did.Water in the shower had a strange smell.One morning i got electric current in my hand when i turnd on the shower.

- Superb location, directly on the Naiyang beach. Opposite 24/7 Tops Daily supermarket, restaurants, massage salons. Naiyang market is in 15-20 mins by walking. 10 mins by car from airport. Directly on the beach you can find few restaurants. - Every day cleaning! Even when you ask to not clean :)- Comfortable bed, modern interior, all basic furniture is there. Clean fresh bed shits, good mattress and pillows. You will have fridge and safe on your bungalow also - Every bungalow has own terrace. It’s very comfortable and you can sit in silence in any time. There are no many people in this hotel bcoz not many bungalows. - Beach is very long and not so crowded as another popular beaches on Phuket. Almost no waves, very quiet place.

Somewhat expensive for a wooden hut. Room on small side and little natural light in the room.

Location is perfect, bed was comfortable, staff were nice. Overall a good stay in a fun little town

The room has some minor faults (water pressure not great, pretty small, some bugs in the bathroom) but nothing too bad. I guess it's a little expensive for what it is but maybe this is normal for the town

Staff was very friendly. Location was near the beach with easy access to restaurants and Main Street.

Room connected with another via wafer board. Could hear every sound from next door - screaming kids and general conversations until 2am. Beds were spring mattresses and hard/squeaky. Definitely needs updated.Lost power the first night = no lights, no AC, no fan.
