+ you can park your motorcycle in the entrance of the hotel under the roof+ good view to the main street+ big and spacious rooms

- as located just on the junction, be aware that it is quite noisy- the doors are made of cardboard, so you can hear everything that is going on in the hallway - not for light sleepers

Big room, balcony without any view just wall.

It is not sound proof you can hear everything: noises from the next room, from the street, even youtube videos from the receptionist's phone at night time!!!

Perfect Stay, Had to attend to 5meetings in 9 days and this was unbelievably convenient, 711s very close , next to street hut a personal favourite of mine, and best of all if there was any request or anything I needed answered staff where onto it straight away. This place should have higher ratings than what it says online, because I believe my stay here was PERFECT!! Oh and the price is right on ?❤️?Thank You One World Staff for making my stay special?Regards : TanK

Location, low season price, daily room service and water.

Bed was way to hard, thin walls, sugar ants, bathroom light out, bad lighting, small horrible TV.

Room was big and balcony had a decent view. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and location was ideal but would recommend a scooter. And it wasn’t too loud

Wasn’t that clean when you took a second look. Mainly in bathroom. Mirrors not cleaned or sink etc. sink and shower wouldn’t drain properly either. Quite a few ants, flys and mosquitoes. But after saying to staff that was sorted and didn’t see them after. And for how cheap it is still decent and would probably stay again

Nice clean comfortable room, reception staff very helpful. Many bars, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance.I would certainly stay there again.

I felt there like within a family. They try to make sure that your stay is comfortable and really nice. If ever possible they fullfill all your wishes! A special thanks to Ronie.Btw the location is very good as from there you can easily go to Rawai or Naiharn beach and you have a lot of Café and good restaurants around.

Right on an intersection so a bit of traffic noise. Not the best soundproofing, you could hear people talking downstairs. Bike rentals overpriced

It’s good hotel for the normal price. Nearby you can find three supermarkets, ten cafes and two exchange

Sometimes we spent 35-40 minutes to go to the beach Nai Harn.And nearby with the hotel was working karaoke. In the evening was really noisy.

Quite rundown, noisy. Chairs on balcony are in a state, shower in the bathroom would constantly drip. Pool was out of order

Nothing. Stay very disappointing

I booked for 2 days a studio superior thinking I shall receive a better room for the level of price paid. The room was very ordinary, may be acceptable for backpackers, but not for the high level of price claimed - 2 times what should be expected for a room without breakfast. The bathroom presented many disagreements, features not fixed, problems with the shower - water arrival and pressure randomized not receiving water when you need and receiving when not needed. The view from the balcony was a wasteland and the balcony furniture looked as it comes from a dump.After one night, I claimed for canceling the 2nd night. I must note the good understanding of the management to receive my claim and offering a solution.I was offered another room I agreed after checking because it was acceptable for design, comfort, furniture, bathroom and view. However, the water system (pumping pressure and water reserve) remained with the same defects needing a complete review and upgrading of the whole system.The use of the parking (for 2 cars) was not really easy but usable.

The location was excellent with lots of restaurants and shops nearby for conveniences. I was able to walk to Nai Harn Beach in about 20 minutes but it would be a short drive on one of the scooters available for rent. The owner was extremely hospitable and I can tell he puts a lot of work and pride into his hotel. Excellent stay all around.
