Place is close to all the action. Not bad food at restarauntbut it's pretty average. Staff are very accommodating and very friendly.

Really no difference in standard room to superior room probably a fraction bigger You wouldn't know it though No tea or coffee facilities in room. Don't think they offer any room service for food.

The same every day, no varity

The pool is missing a lot of tiles and is a health and safety hazard

Breakfast was very basic. I think they need to alter some items everyday.Hotel thinks people stay only 1 night. Thus they believe repeating the menu is OK. I say it's not OK.

During check-in the receptionist demanded deposit when all payment had been premade. This kind of attitude when a guest walks in is very very intimidating.Exterior of rooms is very good but interior is hardly worth mentioning. Hotel resembles a basic guest house.

Nothing will be like

PROPERTY NOT PERFECT TO STAY. Uncleaned well, pool tiles was lot of broken it will cause of accident. Room was dim light ambiance from bed to toilet is dirty. Need to maintain well, high price for cheapest property. GO FOR LA VISTA HOTEL or CAPRICORN VILLAGE besides instead here. Just to be honest. Morning shift reception is like a robot, she do a call first on call just to talk etc.. before they give you a change for money.

The pool zone by the night wasn't clean at all. The rooms were in the back of the building

Location was perfect for the area I was visiting. The pool, while small was great. The place was clean.

The mattresses were painful to sleep on (felt like sleeping on a plywood box. Room desperately needs updating. Air conditioning slow to cool, and was not running while I was not inside the room. Low water pressure in the shower

Location is great, so close to Bangla road, 2 minutes by walking. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, green areas, swimming pool, lobby, entrance, etc. The hotel is quiet unless unruly guests stay.. Rooms are big enough, I can say clean, not so bad.

Only problem is that rooms do not have windows, sometimes some rooms have too high humidity level...

it was near bangla and the main road

IT WAS SO STINKY AND NOT CLEAN there were bugs in my room it was smelling bad during the only night that i stayed because yes i had to stay 7 night by i had to get reimbursed because of how nasty this place was don’t walk run from it

Dirty, cockroaches , air conditioning didn’t work, staff didn’t care about the issues were ignored completely. Would never stay again

Location, clean rooms, friendly staff, close to the beach, close to main party road and restaurants. Nice pool, housekeeping for bedsheets. Restaurant on site.

Location was very central. Staff were helpful.

The hotel was clean, but it's also a little weathered. Some small improvements would bring some shine to it.

Close to beach. The staff at the bar and breakfast and restaurant were wonderful.

Mould in the room. Bed was hard as a rock the cleaning staff did get me something to put on the bed to make it more comfortable I was greatful. Bathroom smelt of sewerage daily. Air con sounded like a 747 and was leaking water and spitting out ice. Blood on the stairs to level 2 for the first 11 days of my stay and blood on the wall in the hallway. Room wasn’t cleaned for three days I was blamed as I didn’t put the sign out I had it done without the sign every day before I left for four days and had 8 waters in my room when I got back so they had come in to my room. Had to basically beg for it to be replenished with toilet paper and fresh towels. I Don’t normally write reviews but I felt I needed to. I understand it was high season so more staff was needed.

The exit

Rude Staff, Filthy Rooms, Waited 3 hours to check in (should have been 14:00, was 17:00), no sound proofing at all could hear music bouncing until 04:00 every morning. Doors to balcony had gaps all the way round them, allowing mosquito's and the stench of cannabis to constantly enter the room. Pool looked like a pond.

understaffed...one of the days i had to wait 5 hours to get room cleanedno hot water in the first room given to meinternet signal was very weakreception were rudepool wasnt clean and needed a renovation . it had broken and missing tiles,mosquitos in room

Location was great.

Staff wasn’t very friendly and helpful. A few times we ask for ice at the bar and every time they say they didn’t have ice. I was willing to pay for the ice. They didn’t treat us well even tho we stayed at the hotel. We order cocktails at the bar. Besides that they only give you half a glass they put it in a plastic container. Room was full of spider webs and linen was dirty.

Disappointing

The swimming pool was dirty.The Breakfast was so poor.There towels were dirty & old.

We liked everything about the hotel. Location was excellent. Swimming in the pool was fantastic. All kinds of food was available near the hotel. Taxi service was available outside the hotel. Beach was just walking distance.
