Clean and close to the shopping area

The location was the showstopper (likely a 10/10), putting us right where we wanted to be. The pool setup was also fantastic—perfect for spending all day relaxing. The room was comfortable and gave us exactly what we needed.

Location is good. Breakfast is also okay. Staff is easy to communicate in English. The swimming pool is awesome but have strict timings.

This hotel is not secure. There is no security guard outside of the hotel.Someone from the hotel staff stole our money which we placed on the table in our locked room. We even did complaint to staff but they were very non serious. They did not bother at all. Although the money was not significant amount but from that moment onwards, we were very concerned and cautious and did not enjoyed our stay at all.

The location is good and close to the beach and night markets. The space of rooms very good

First of all, there’s no concierge to take our luggage as the hotel considered as 4 star. Secondly there’s no variety of breakfast there’s only one menu.

Great location to all the areas . Like shopping, beach, eating. And the price was good for last minute booking

The bed was way too hard for my liking. Lighting in bathroom was way too dim. The A/C was bit loud. And the small fridge. 100 bht for sparkling water was too much. Even though I drank it on accident.

Everything were perfect, location, house keeping, even the reception is Aoy and So very nice, thanks for everything and not be the last time ?♥️♥️

Nothing, one thing is on the pictures and on the rap life it nothing like what they are showing. The room it’s small, the cleanness it’s horrible, the stole from us one bottle of water and charge us for another one.

The customer is never right, they argue because the word of a cleaner worth more than what we show them on a video we took before check in out. Treating us like we were lying. The location it’s horrible , the room they give us was Infront of light wires. There was no chair on the balcony. The mirror on the washroom was disgusting, at the morning there were making noises. Horrible service!

Nice hotel, friendly staff and the location was good. They had a nice rooftop pool with a nice view. The room I got was big and cozy.

A little noisy but then again I don’t think it’s the hotels fault but the type of guests who were in the other rooms. Would’ve preferred if the hotel staff asked them to keep it down.

The location is very nice near everything literally, facilities are very good the staff very cooperative.When I returned to Phuket i will always choose YOUDEE hotel

nothing, all was great

It was a spacious room with a beautiful roof top pool with a bar! Very close to lots of resturaunt and bars and a short walk to the beach!

The staff are not that much friendly plus there is always hidden charges , I was charged at the end of my stay which I was not informed or been told about it earlier,, and the manager is not helpful since I was charged for an extra stay which I couldn't refund or use any compensation, be careful especially for hidden charges always ask them and confirm with them

The price is cheap and near to Patong Beach.

No signs for the hotel entrance and it was in a small alley.Food is set menu not buffet so got bored of eating the same thing everyday.Only 2 bottles of water daily.No towels for hand/face.No iron. Many mosquitos and they didn’t have anything for them.No umbrella.Have to make a security deposit of 1000 baht upon checking in.

The staff were excellent. I have walking difficulties and the staff could not do enough to help me.

Maybe the stair to the entrance of the hotel, but like i said the staff were amazing,

it was ok

relunctant to offer 2 room cards even though this is whats offered. without second card a couple cant come and go independently or leave aircon running took 3 days to get a second room cardsuspect this was to save money on cost of aircon. became a frustrating issue

The pool was lovely, with a view. The location was convenient, close to the city center, and there was a massage parlor downstairs.The breakfast buffet was also quite nice.

The rooms were dimly lit. The air conditioning unit on the balcony directly above blew hot air onto those standing outside. Only one key card was provided. The room wasn't ready for check-in.

Rooms were very clean and staff was super friendly
