It was clean and the breakfast included was good, some boiled eggs, banana and toast, coffee and juice to start the day. Shower head is small but good temperature, not good pressure. The provide water bottles and tea

The shower drain fills very quickly and water may come out of the tray. Pool was open only until 9.00

The staff were super helpful. The rooms were clean and pretty big, even had a balcony. The location might seem a bit inconvenient at first but actually it is 15 min walk from the bus terminal in Phuket Town, a 5 minute walk from a very good restaurant, and supermarket is right around the corner. Perfect stay

Quite large and comfortable rooms, good service from the lobby attendant, and close to restaurants, a laundromat, and a 7-Eleven, all within walking distance. Ideal if you want to stay in Oldtown. And although we didn't pay for breakfast, they very kindly gave us a free complementary basic breakfast.

The pool they offer isn't like the photos; it's very small. Everything else is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Complimentary light breakfast is an excellent facility as there are no nearby places for good breakfast. WIFI facility is good.

I would like to see better hot water shower.

Very good value for money. Large, clean room, comfortable bed. We had a wonderful stay. Balcony with a beautiful view. Quiet area, close to the center. helpful staff. We will be back with pleasure!

Unusual location, but it wasn't a problem for us

Clean and comfortable rooms. Fridge in the room is also a plus. Good WiFi. Nice bathrom, but with two separate shower heads (one for "cold" water, and another with hot).

Very small pool.The air conditioning is quite loud and has very bright LED status lights. And since it is located right next to bed it makes it hard to sleep

It was really good, great people at reception, room was clean and nice. Location was a bit far from old town walking which it makes it quieter, with the grab moto is easy to get there. Overall a great stay here!

Our stay at Cool Residence was absolutely phenomenal! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, the rooms were cleaned & comfortable , and the location was perfect for exploring the Old Town Phuket. We even provided with free breakfast We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Old Town Phuket.

Great place, friendly staff. Good location and facilities

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and informative on arrival and during our stay. The shower was one of the best we’ve used since travelling, hot and powerful. Located slightly away from the old town, but we were aware of this when booking. Complimentary breakfast is provided each morning which was a nice surprise.
