Breakfast is acceptable, the room is a good size and clean. It was a pretty short walk to the beach and we were surrounded by restaurants and food stands. The facility backs away from the road, which meant it was pretty quiet at night, because this is a bit of a party area. We felt that we got really good value for what it cost.

I really don't have any complaints. It's not fancy, but it doesn't pretend to be. As mentioned in other reviews, our shower head had detached from the wall, so we had to hold it to have a shower. Just a little detail, but something that should be remedied.

I booked this last minute like 20 minutes before I arrived and they had everything ready for me. The staff were very friendly. The room was a great size, very comfortable bed, and a great shower. Cute small pool which was good at the end of the day. Location is perfect for restaurants and beaches.

The location was good and the room was clean and nicely finished. It was basic but everything we needed.

The shower was broken so you had to hold it over yourself and they didn’t make up the room everyday so the bins got very full and the floor was sandy for a lot of our stay.

Looking back, this was one of the best stays in Thailand—and definitely the best in Phuket. It felt like having a private little house, complete with a spacious room and a lovely terrace that made for an incredibly comfortable stay. The location was perfect—tucked away just enough to feel secluded, yet only a 10-minute walk to the beach. Plus, it was conveniently close to tourist shops and restaurants, making it easy to find great places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A fantastic stay all around!

Confortable Hotel with parking and Breakfast. Although it might be considered Beachfront you need to walk about 5 blocks to access Kata Beach which is crowded but recommended. Rooms are confortable and the area is surrounded by restaurant, bars, currency exchange houses and all kind of shops. Five to ten minutes to Karon Beach and Kata Koi beach

The location is great. Beach/night market/ bars/restaurants were very close!

The owner of the property was very rude in the beginning. Although we paid for the hotel through booking.com in advance, he was constantly repeating that that’s not possible and wanted to charge us the same price again! After some time he figured out that it was a mistake and did not even apologize for that!! Apart from that, the hotel itself is okay. The facilities are quite old already. The bathroom is smelling. Breakfast is very simple.

Great Location, clean large rooms, good value for money, good staff, went back to stay after first visit, that speaks for itself!

I liked the fact that this hotel was reasonably priced a short walking distances from the small bar scene in Kata. Beaches were close by and stunning. Everything you could want or need is in close proximity. I would highly recommend hiring a motorcycle to visit some of the other beaches or visit the Big Buddha etc.

You get what you pay for. No complaints from me. I would definitely return.

The room is spacious, the aircon efficient, it is very peaceful at night.

The place is around 20 years old and nothing has been done to it in that time. All the bathroom fixtures are falling off the wall, the bed is in desperate need of a new mattress. To get to the beach is a walk of nearly 1km. Don’t be fooled by the photos showing a pool - it doesn’t have one.

I really liked location, fresh towels and new water every day plus cleaning every day. Refill of toilett paper plus helpfull stuff

Well the room stinks, spesially on toilet.. we had to take out part from drain so it flush water. AC blows straight to ur face in night bcs is located right above ur bed and blows on u. Reception poor English and some details are misleading such as u will get from them umbrellas or sunbeds. They have 4 chairs at pool but pool is bit dirty. There is no bar at pool also. Also was weird smell after we opened wardrobe. Have not tried breakfast. Over all is okei what u get for price and the stuff is helpfull but they don't understand much. Horrible lighting in bed

Location is great if you want to explore the Kata area, with the beach just a short walk away. Also liked that it was a stand-alone house along a stretch which was quite close to food and massage parlours.

The room was large and it had a small space at the front that you could sit. Also it was quiet, but also quite close to the main road. Generally we felt it was clean and we liked it, compared to the low cost. I would recommend it.

Everything else. Dead ants in kettle, broken doors, broken lock, cunning owner, no toiletries, no housekeeping. Owner also tried to rip money off us by charging us for the broken door, very very bad experience
