Friendly staff, the bed, the space.

There was a leakage in the sink of our room 307 and there was water all over the room. Also, the shower and the bathroom floor were at the same level, so after a shower, the floor was all wet. The location was not convenient either as there are no options to buy breakfast near the place, and it is kinda lonely at night. It is safe though.

Clean and big room. Friendly staff. Good service. The location is near market and city center.

Location was good, right in the heart of the City. 6 bed dormitory was air conditioned, 2 toilets and showers, privacy curtains, big locker, electric socket, light and free Wi-Fi. Room cleaned daily and water replenished. Bed was comfortable. Soap and toilet paper replaced daily. Refrigerator use for the 6 guests. Slept well for the past week I stayed. Would definitely stay here again.

All good at a reasonable cost.

The pool has been closed for like a year, but the price range is for a pool hotel. No elevator

Good location and quite cheap. Scooter rental, good and cheap food, Seven Eleven, gym, and night markets, all within a few minutes by scooter, but also easy to reach by foot. Furthermore very friendly staff.

Our pillows smelled bad. Otherwise it was clean. The walls are very thin. You can't understand anything, but you can hear when someone is talking in the next room or walking down the hall.

Location Also the lady at reception is the loveliest lady ever.

good place with conforming beds

the hostel should implement rules about for taking and playing music , during my stay there were spanish couple that played some bad spanish songs loudly in the middle of the night and had sex in the bunker beds. we couldn’t sleep

The room was nice and clean. Hairdryer and kettle available in the room. Location was good. There is a lovely little cafe across from the hotel that sells breakfast/lunch for very good price and tastes delicious.

We experienced a lot of noise during our stay. Our room was located right at the reception so it was very noisy especially in the morning, there was also kids running in and out. The shower was very poor, the water pressure was so low it made it very difficult to shower. The AC didn’t work great and on the last night it started dripping all over the floor. The only window we had in the room looked out to the hallway.

Perfect location, lovely staff clean the room everyday . Info about all the buses on the wall which helped

Their room and toilet is very clean. The person who in charge of recieption is very helpful, friendly and can speak good english which is rare in thailand. They provide towel,shampoo and soap which pretty good. Location is good to not too far from tourism places. Even you can get public transport to go karon, kata and patong beach just by waiting outside of hotel for a while. 7eleven is also 3min walk from the hotel. Overall everything is good.

They won't allow you to check-in before 2pm. There was some mosquito inside the room, they might spray in night time.

Nice staff, great location - especially for newcomers to the city: everything is nearby - cafes, restaurants, 7Eleven, drugstore, old town. I liked the long shelf, which was convenient for laying out things.

The room didn't look its best after cleaning, the hotel was very audible (you could hear people walking and talking in the corridor and in the adjoining room)

The location was great. Only 10 minutes walk to the old town. It was cleaner than I expected.

The shower water was running very low. There is no soundproofing on the window.
