Beautiful pool area and garden Spacious room In general this place has really great potential, but also it needs a little work and updates

Breakfast was very poor and pineapple juice was sour...awful. Because of that we only ate breakfast once. Very dated bathroom - need serious improvement. One day during our stay water was gone for 3 or 4 hours.

Rooms, bathrooms and the swimming pool are clean

Hotel very badly located from the beach. Top of a hill and very difficult to access by walking or by car. At least 30mn walking from the beach. I really dont recommend the hotel because of that. There wasnt enough body products in the bathroom. The staff never replied to my multiple demands. They are smiley and polite but not helpful at all. I dont recommend this hotel.

No car and no food the restaurant closed down steep climb up to most of the rooms clearly being ran down, no maintenance of coconut trees around the pool, old big fronds falling regularly - worried about coconut falling

It is an extremely relaxing place amid a tropical garden Floating in the pool looking up at the tropical forest is amazing

The restaurant was out of action but there was the option of sending for take away an the stall would serve the food either in your room by the pool or in the restaurant

Quiet location set up the hill from the main shop area. Great flora and fauna. Butterflies, palm trees.

The hill was a bit steep for some and some of the apartments are also a bit up from the BVR facilities. A few mosquitoes in the evening.

The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job and the room was spotless. The swimming pool area was nice. The rooms were comfortable and bed was huge! Its a peaceful resort and can only hear sounds of nature. It was less than a 10 minute walk to a very good yoga studio. Supermarket is also 10 min walk away.

The pillows were too big and hard. The breakfast was average. The resort was a little dated. 20 minute walk from town and the taxis are expensive (in Phuket in general) and not much in the local area to the hotel.

The staff is really kind with you and here to help you at any hour.

Because of the season, the restaurant and bar was closed.
