Everything!!!! From my arrival all through my stay and departure

So far, the best resort I’ve ever stayed in my life. Beautiful, clean, very organized, very friendly staff. The best breakfast ever, nice restaurants, the Thai restaurant they have is amazing, great food!!! We loved staying there.

Like .. the greatest staff , and quality of food . Gym amazing Dislike ..Food is expensive compared to local restaurants.

Everything - position, view, cleanliness, attention to detail, amazing spa experiences and wonderful staff.

Welcoming staff, amazing breakfast, scenery, sunsets.

Location – no shops or restaurants besides the hotel ones, far from everything. Kids – a lot of them, public areas are more like a kindergarten with them running, screaming, going crazy and doing all the things kids usually do. Beach – very small, located on the shore of a shallow bay, which at low tide turns into a muddy puddle.

I like the breakfast and the options they have, Gym and the facilities they have. Beach pool is amazing

Size of the room, Old decorations, The villa pool is not clean, no view, so many bugs flys and lizards

Very wonderful resort close to the airport far away from any traffic and city noise, pool villa was amazing, staff were helpful and kind. Very useful amenities were provided for my infant like shampoos, bathtub, sterilizer and bottle heater. The GYM was amazing alongside yoga and other activities. House keeping were on top of their job, they came to the villa twice a day without asking which was nice. Kids friendly resort with many activities for kids and kids corner in the breakfast buffet.

You need a ask for club car to go to almost anywhere in the resort which was complementary anyways

Staff is attentive during peak hours eg breakfast. Our beach dinner was amazing and the lobster dish was spectacular. The traditional dance performance at the pool and the fire performance by the beach were unexpected and a nice surprise. The complimentary basic boxing by the beach is a must-try!

Sometimes, it’s a little hard to get the attention of beach staff during off peak hours. While our beach dinner was amazing, my husband wasn’t impressed with the table decoration as it was for my birthday.

Great staff, great amenities, responsive to requests. Really good breakfast buffet, lovely resort.

Perhaps a bit far from the town but only an issue if that is your concern.

This resort is the best I've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, providing outstanding service. Every request we made was immediately accommodated, making our stay truly exceptional.The pools are amazing, always clean, and inviting. The entire resort, including our room, was spotless, reflecting the high standards they maintain. Even on a rainy day, there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, ensuring we never had a dull moment.The dining experience was excellent, with each restaurant offering delicious and diverse options. Our room was nothing short of fantastic; we opted for one with a private pool, and it was the best decision we made. The room was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, including 24-hour room service and an incredibly comfortable bed, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The spa deserves a special mention for being incredible. They offer a wide range of services, and the staff is professional and always friendly, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind.Overall, this resort exceeded all our expectations and provided an unforgettable experience. The beach by the resort is not the best, it looks more like a lagoon and is not very clean.

Everything was perfect, the facilities, the rooms, the staff and how welcoming they were, we enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back ??

Little bit far away from the activities, the downtown and patong beach

Mosquitoes And Geckos inside the room, However the room service staff responded very fast to kill them. Too much stairs to reach the room.

Excellent service, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. What I appreciated most is that one barely notices the other guests. This is of course because the resort is spread over a large area, and each villa is a little hotel on its own, but also because all facilities have a large capacity buffer (the beach, the breakfast buffet and the restaurants). No crowds or queuing anywhere. Everything impeccably clean and well maintained.

I put on 5kg in weight due to the magnificent food :-)

Breakfast was outstanding as were the staff. Beach was good however the beds were very close with fewer people in the hotel. Pool was wonderful great temperature..the rooms were very clean and well appointed

Drink prices were high for Thailand

The staff are very friendly especially the Egyptian receptionist I think her name is Nehad or Nahid she’s the best

The resort is excellent

The service was slow in the villas and not as attentive as we’d have liked and expected. For example - we only found out about many of the activity areas on our last day. Also, our villa wasn’t cleaned as regularly as it could have been.

Cocktails were incredible, Breeze bar has delicious food.

F&B Closes a bit too early. Sea only accessible during high tide in the morning, however, this didn't bother me as the pool was fantastic.
