A2 Pool Resort, Phuket Town - scheduled shuttle to Phuket Old Town

We loved the pool front room, the continental breakfast, and the quick access to local sites and adventures.

Unfortunately we did find ants in our room, however the staff quickly cleaned them up. Unfortunately they didn’t really go away.

The room pool acess was good and the pools a good length to swim in.

Rooms are quite dated. Breakfast selection wasn’t great.

The stuff was so kind and supportive, cooperative and don there beat to make us happy and comfortable especially mr. Bank. He was the best and the most cooperative even for things out of his work.

- Hotel staff was amazing and helpful. - They have kept our bags after checkout and even allowed us to use staff washroom to take shower at the time of leaving hotel.- Ambience was good and upgraded our room to pool view room without any additional cost.- Value for money.- Rooms are spacious and with balcony.

Location was bit far from the downtown but it's fine if you rent a motorbike.

The room was quite dirty and the location wasn’t great as it was on a main road therefore had to get taxis everywhere.

The service I received from Bang, who works at the reception area.He made sure I felt at home.

Bang at the Reception was the best,he made my stay beautiful.I would definitely recommend the place because of him.I felt welcomed by him first day I came in.He helped me with my bags,and made feel at home.

The person that was cleaning the rooms did no justice in my room. My bed linen was not changed for 3 nights ,I had to take it out this morning by myself so that they could see that my linen needed to be changed.

Such a perfect and idyllic place. Wauw!We will definitely be back some time. BUT. There’s no icecrem on the hotel, such a shame…But really beautiful pools and facilities and the crew speak English. Really good. 10 start from me.

Nicely presented, looked like a lovely pool area. Air conditioning worked well thank goodness.

The bed was a bit too hard for me, but that’s always a tricky one to get right!The restaurant staff had trouble understanding our English, as we eat a plant-based diet and it was hard to convey this to them. If staying there a bit longer I’m sure we could have worked it out??

Room and beds were great. Loved the private access to the pool. Staff were great.

Location was ok but you definitely need transport.

The breakfast was nice. All staff were very friendly and some of the nicest people I’ve came across whilst travelling.The hotel is clean and and the room was really nice, as was the shower area.

There was a planned electricity outage from 1000-1600 which we wasn’t told about before booking and only got told the day before it happened which wasn’t ideal. The TVs are not modern in terms of being able to connect to the internet, the TV signal is really weak.

Everything was perfect, they even upgraded my room for free and they gave me one with the access to the pool from my balcony.I rented a motorbike from the resort, and I broke the key in the lock miles away from the resort.They gave me another motorbike and helped me as much as possible.The stuff is really kind and the place is fabulous.The food was good and the room really clean and comfortable. The place is really quiet and with a great privacy.I’ll definitely return.

It was not a five star resort , The hotel is located right next to the motorway more suited to people on business than on holiday No decent restaurant nearby had to get a taxi to all bars , restaurants and beach .

The layout of this hotel has every room with their own balcony and swimming pool entrance.

The hotel is situated on a main highway so you need to use transport any where you wanted to go.

By the pool you can hear the main road but it wasn’t major

The room was spaciious and also the pool below our room, where we could do kayaking! The overall feel was good!

They didnt help for early checkin , we had to wait with kids at reception for long time, food options were limited in breakfast not fully contenental
