Lots of younger guests who tended to be very loud even after 12 A.M. The hotel needs to be updated and would probably not make the 3-star level in North America. Very visible graffiti throughout but the price was still very reasonable.

The staff is extremely friendly, and the room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The internet works perfectly. The location is convenient, with a 20-minute walk to Bangla Road. There are plenty of restaurants, laundry shops, bike rentals, and markets nearby. It’s close enough to the action but far enough away to keep the area quiet and less crowded. I would highly recommend this place!

A good distance from the beach but everything else is short walking distance. Nice clean. Staff is nice. Small swimming pool but looks very clean. WiFi is not perfect but very good I will stay here again.

Fridge is really small Staff cleaned the room but didn’t replenish shampoo bottles.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 month. Everything was good in terms of value for money. The staff was polite and pleasant.There is a 7-11 shop nearby and a large grocery shop 10 minutes walk away where the locals shop.There are lots of good cafes nearby. It takes about 21 minutes to walk to the sea.
If you stay in this hotel, please note that the side that faces the street is a bit noisy.

The room was a fairly large size and a fridge was provided which was good. The bed was large but was 2 mattresses together so there was an uncomfortable line in the middle.A pool was at the property but we did not use it. When we did have interactions with the staff they were nice enough.

We did not like the fact you had to hand your key in every time you left the hotel. I believe this is to stop people keeping the air con running whilst out. This felt unsafe because if anyone else was present they could see what room number key you put down (which if a female solo traveller would be more so a concern) and also there wasn’t really anything stopping people from taking your key and stealing from your room as staff weren’t always present. Thankfully we had no issues but i think this needs to be rethought out. The location was a bit out of the way but you could walk to where you needed to get to. Overall the room and hotel just felt quite run down. Our shower head just fell off the wall.

Lovely hotel just outside the business of patong, clean and given water on arrival. Seven eleven opposite.

Quite hard to get to and from the main areas flagging down moped taxis. Bed was very hard

The staff were very friendly and offered help when needed. They provided extra pillows and an iron upon request.

The hotel is good, clean big rooms . No coffee in the room or breakfast on premises. Its located on a Main Street with a 7-11 right across the street. 15 enjoyable walk to the beach.

Upon arrival the shower wasn’t working at first. Though it resolved right away, I believe it should have been test and working before customer arrives.

Large comfortable bed in a good sized room with excellent internet. Great value for money.

Pool was a little warm for my liking and 100b for a beer was a bit pricey considering how far we were from bangla road.

They put 2 single beds together to make it king size.

The staff were super welcoming and helpful. The location is great, and quiet. Really got great sleep! Definitely recommended.

- there were mosquitos everywhere in our room on our first day. no idea where they came from. we definitely got bitten a lot on our first night - Wi-Fi wasn’t very good kept cutting off - bed sheets were stained in certain places - floor look and felt like it hasn’t been cleaned
