Relax Guest House

The staff were so polite and when I asked them for anything it was provided as fast as possible, also the owner he himself checked everything with guests to help them having a nice and comfortable experience there,the location is so close to patong beach.

The only good thing is the location . Broken fridge and safe . No tv like mentioned . Broken shower pistol . The place is left to abandon and should not be in booking. Com . Dust on the bathroom door that shows it is not been cleaned for a long time .

The staff's behavior was friendly.Excellent location, you can easily walk in the street Patong and marketing, bar, shopping... The room is clean and you can meal cooking in a small kitchen.

When i checked in my "room" , there was still used toiletpaper with poop in the bin in the bath. no hot water, no towels, dirty old sheets on the bed. i had red marks after two night on my legs from bedbugs. i was in the 4th floor, in my floor was a prostitute, she came home several times a night with drunk men. with one men, she had a loud fight and argue about money (He did not wanted to pay). These two nights were terrible, dirty old Hotel run by Pakistani and it felt like a slum in India. Its cheap, but the moment i checked in i have deeply regret not to pay a better place. This Prostitute Guesthouse needs to be removed from booking.com

I ordered a King size bed but I wish I hadn't as there was no room to get each side of the bed the room was too small for a king size bed

Nothing the place was an absolute kip.

It was dirty, the stairs was really steep and unsafe. I was on the 4th floor and there was just rubbish in the corridor on the 4th floor. The curtains didn't close properly. The bed was rock hard and the sheets were stained. The shower had absolutely no pressure and was cold.

Good location

Dirty and smelly room. Not cleaned properly. Bathroom dustbin had trash when I checked in. Fridge had half bottles of water. The spring mattress so uncomfortable.

Staff laid back and pleasant, location near Bangla Road and not far from the beach. Near to everything. Lovely massive wooden staircase, looks hand made. Nice room with a pleasant view of the street. Separate toilet with a shower.

My actual room was not available until second night. First night room was awful. Twice in five days towels were not available. No room cleaning the whole time I was there.

It’s looks like after war. When you coming in it’s so dirty ?? actually it’s a disaster. How people can stay there. The room was dirt, stinky. You can destroy the holiday mood?

I would never recommend to stay at this place.Very dirty, bad smells, people smoke in their room, many people come in and go out, and some are cooking, which gives the whole place a terribly bad smells Never book this place. You will regret it.

It was the dirtiest hotel i have ever seen. Sheets, covers, fridge, even under sofas and beds were dirty. I think they did not clean the rooms for months.

Never seen a hotel so dirty like that. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff there. As I opened the door to the room it was a mess. Dirty and smell like hell. No towels and the bathroom was dirty as well. Manager as well unfriendly as I asked home something.Avoid those place!Never ever again!!!

The place was dirty and the beds were so uncomfortable I was sore for two days after. You get what you pay for.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Patong but far back enough not to be noisy at night. Very cheap price. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, we bumped into him in a restaurant down the road and he even got us some tea to try, really kind!

The room itself is very basic but this was to be expected given the price. Our bathroom was also leaking through the ceiling so was constantly wet and therefore smelt of damp.
