Location! Close to everything in old town. Clean, spacious! Perfect for short or long stay.

Central to everything, especially the Sunday Night Market. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was good too!

This hotel is very well located and just around the corner to Old Town Phuket. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We had a fridge and a microwave as well as an offside sink and counter area. There were unfortunately no utensils or dishes of any sort. We had a nice view of the swimming pool from our room and a little seating area outside the sliding door. The bathroom included a shower and bathtub which was nice but the bathtub unfortunately only had a handheld wand and there was nowhere to hang it up to use as a shower. The hotel is a boutique hotel with a lot character and artistic flare on the main floor where the main desk to the hotel is, as well as a quaint coffee shop.

The room we had was a little outdated and the pool although large and attractive needed a little bit of attention. A safe in the room would have been appreciated. The staff was very nice and pleasant but communication was sometimes limited . We read the reviews before arriving and therefore discovered that there was a food court across the street and that the Sunday Walking Food Market was very close to the hotel. The free bus across the street unfortunately was mentioned to us from other tourists after we left. None of these things affected our great stay in Phuket and we would definitively return to this pleasant hotel!

Rooms were comfortable. Not many hotels this close to town with a swimming pool.Small convenience store across the road had most items you need.All in all, was a good experience.

The property is conveniently located next to Old Town. There is a mall, convenient store, currency exchange and ATM machine across the street.

Rude front desk staff from start to finish. While trying to get my elderly parents situated first (1 with a medical condition), I was harassed by the ladies up front to check out. It wasn’t even 12 yet and we had plenty of time. My siblings stayed at two different hotels near by and their staff is great. Sadly that’s not the case here.

Location was fab, it was quiet but an easy walk from the old town, rooms are big and the air con worked wonders. The staff are all friendly and welcoming.

Overall pretty good experience, nice pool, room had everything you would need and was very spacious. Location is a 15 min walk to everything you would need. Coffee shop and sitting area downstairs was a great bonus!

Really good size room, lovely veranda overlooking very good pool. All round well worth a visit , the cafe in the reception was good for a coffee and pastries . Location very good .

Friendly and helpful stuff, the room was clean and the hotel is good located

The room filled with traditional furniture and the balcony looking over the tree ringed pool was very convenient. Having a kitchenette was good so you can eat as and when you felel like it, and there is a supermarket and bakery just across the road. The pool was small with sun loungers, umbrellas and towels supplied. It was nice to be able to cool off there after a long trip. The location is good if you want to explore the town or catch a bus or boat to one of the many beaches on the island.

The woman staff member working at night was very friendly but the day woman was not particularly welcoming or helpful. She said there were no buses running to the ferry terminal which is a lie.It's clear that not much maintenance has been done since our stay here two years before. There is mould on the walls surrounding the pool and peeling paint on the balcony walls. The bathroom could do with a freshen up.

The location is excellent. You'd not find better. A short wall to Old Town and many nearby eateries.

The room had a microwave and sink etc but no plates or cutlery. We complained to reception ad they found us 2 small plates, one knife and two spoons and forks

Great location in the old town. Good value for Phuket. Deluxe room had big patio with sunset views. A bit of wear and tear in the room. Bed quite hard, but wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.

Well located in quieter area but easy to walk to the busy area. Room was comfortable and the cafe right downstairs was great!

Having never been to phuket before, we decided to stay in the old town and found this place, it's a reasonably priced spacious room with a decent en suite bathroom. The balcony overlooked the pool and it was all well presented and tidy and clean.The staff were very helpful, albeit with a language barrier as my Thai is rubbish and the English is a little broken but we got everything we needed, they even extended our stay with ease.There is a coffee shop/cafe as part of the building on the ground floor and this is reasonably priced and pleasant.Across the road is a 24hr supermarket and a bus stop for the free bus that tours the perimeter of old town, giving you easy access to the stops for the other blue bus stops that access the rest of the island.. I'd happily come back! :)

It was all good, if your expectation is a very pleasant budget accommodation in a convenient Central location with privacy and slightly on the edge of boutique then you'll love it.

Great location. Very close to old town, but still quiet. Close to Rassada harbour, so recommended if you plan to start island hopping as we did
