De Coze Hotel

The staff are super friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the on-site restaurant serves really tasty pastries. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool. Everything has been smooth and convenient for me and my friends. Highly recommended!

I was asked to pay 100 THB for a missing spoon which was never there. Someone else had this experience so be careful not to be scammed.On top of that, the AC is too noisy and you feel the walls shaking.

Many broken things in room. Including aircon ,got new room after 2 days, swimming pool unsafe- steps broken. No food available.

Regarding breakfast, I did not try it. I liked the hotel's room cleaning and that the staff was very helpful.

The smell of a cockroach is most often emitted in the room, especially when the air conditioner is turned off. It's annoyingAnother thing bothered me. On my last day, an employee entered the room and did not knock on the door. He did not apologize when he saw me, and even after I explained to the receptionist what happened, he did not apologize. In general, an apology was offered by the receptionists and they were nice.

Where to start...All 3 rooms were dirty as hell with hair in the sheets and rooms not cleaned. Changed sheets 3 times in one room, the other aircon was not working, third door was not closing. Safe is not mounted to the wall - ridiculous. You can just grab it and leave (reception always empty....We wanted to check out and get our remaining money back and we were declined. Owner very rude but wanted second chance, we gave it to her, still disgusting. Hotel if well maintained have a chance to be nice but that's it. Reception is always empty but when they are there they speak about 5 words in English so lost cause. To sum up it is all just pictures and nothing else. I would never return.

Clean , comfortable good size room , good value for money .

No breakfast or coffee.

Good showerhead and water pressure. Relatively fast/reliable wifi. Large room. Boutique lobby area and decent pool area.

Some cosmetic issues - peeling/flaking paint, dust and cobwebs around vents and light shades, discoloured caulking around bathtub, T.V. audio crackling.

The room is clean and the quiet water heater is good

My stay at de Cozé was excellent. The manager, Eve, really went out of her way to help me whenever I needed something. The rooms were very spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. Highly recommend staying here, for the friendliness of the manager if nothing else!

Needs a bit of renovation in the room walls and bathroom but it was not bad

Everything was just perfect from the front office staff to the house keeping staff. Had a wonderful experience there it felt like home

Hotel doesn't have a kitchen launge, so can't order drink while enjoying swimming pool,, or coffee.
