Everything exceeded my expectations from the facilities, efficient staff, amazing ambiance & decor. They even had a gym, a mini mart & tour desk on site for that last minute shopping or tour.

The location was decent

My room was dirty on check in and what’s a huge thing for me this place did not look like the photos it definitely needs maintenance and the pool is FREEZING couldn’t use the swim out whatsoever. The “free breakfast” American people beware flies and bugs everywhere we opted out no thank you

Nothing is attractive in this Hotel. It’s equivalent to 1 star Hotel.

I couldn’t take shower during my stay because water was not clean, water color was orange, I informed the staff but they couldn’t take any action, I was washing daily by using water bottles bought by me from supermarkets. Even they said they can’t serve more than 2 water bottles daily !!!

The hotel is very spacious and well maintained. The staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful. The location is excellent, right next to the sea, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.The room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is quiet and relaxing, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good and the dining area is spacious; however, the food selection could be more varied. There was no focus on Middle Eastern options such as foul, falafel, or Arabic cheeses like labneh. Based on my experience, many international guests, especially Europeans, enjoy Middle Eastern food, so adding more variety would be a great improvement.Another point is that the room rate feels slightly overpriced for what is offered. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Property is beautiful and best is the location near mall and Patong beach. Breakfast was good also. There is small kids play area inside also

There is some kind of humidity in room which cause smell and no matter how much AC you open room always feel wet. Second they need to put nobs in washroom to hang clothes of hand towel.

A beautiful hotel with an excellent location. The room was lovely, though the bathroom could use some upgrades. Everything else was perfect. The staff were helpful, prices were reasonable, the pool was nice, and breakfast offered good options. Overall, it’s a wonderful choice for families.”

When we arrived the exterior of the hotel was very OLD and the lobby looked very dead. As soon as we reached to check-in the staff was not very welcoming - one thing was weird we had to pay a fee if we lost one of the hotel card plus they mentioned we’ve booked only for two adults which they will charge for an extra kid if we requested for a crib - this never happened in the other hotels we booked in Phuket. Everything about the hotel needs to be renovated because its very old and it seems dead. The interior of the room was nice but very uncomfortable there is noises from the fridge and AC. I would not recommend this to anyone honestly especially if you have kids they’re other hotels the same rate which are way better. Pictures look way different from reality.

The receptionists wasted my time especially when i was checking out on my way to catch a flight, they were not friendly.

Best location! The most beautiful rooms. Everyone from Reception ( Anne) , to tour operator ( Jenny), restaurant staff , house keeping were all excellent and loving!

The location was great and the beds were very comfortable. kids club and pool was decent and helped my kids get by.

Big language barrier.Cleaning was awful. Took pictures of the mess the cleaners didn't pick up. This happened two days in a row. Bottles and tissues left in plain sight. Breakfast was nothing great and no table service for coffee or cutlery u like other big hotels claiming to be 4-5 star.Only one restaurant was operational despite having a sky bar. Claimed it was low season despite the hotel being pretty busy.The staff was not approachable or friendly.Towel card system is complicated and causes stress because you owe them money if you loose a card. Lobby was very dead even though they had opportunities of having drinks and small bites to be served in the evenings to keep things lovely. Cleaning around the lobby was also limited with no trash cans in sight. Saw my coffee cup in the same area as I left it in the morning.No closets in our room or shelves.

To be honest, it’s not a 5 star kind of service. It’s totally different from the photos they’ve posted. It was such a turn-off. There were roaches in our room! Quality of the food (breakfast) was not good.
