Loud music noise was coming out of the room next us 2 days in a row.

We chose the Honeymoon suite which had its own terrace with the bath tub before opening out to the pool. Absolutely beautiful room with a free minibar, beautiful bathroom, and little amenities with a beach bag and towels for your use while you're there.

The style

We did not get the room I booked 8 months earlier, instead we were told it was not available due to reno. We were told we would get 2 massages and late checkout but moved to a room with no view. The room we booked had booked had pool access! not good!

Friendly staff

The room was dated, worn, probably 15 years sincelast refresh. Breakfast options were basic, relative to other hotels being promoted as 'luxury'.

The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Delicious!! Overall, the best and not so expensive

Weird that there are no hooks in the bathroom. One day we requested our linens be changed but I don't think they were because when we arrived back to our room after an excursion, there was still some sand in the sheets from the first day we checked in??

The location, one block from the beach, was good.

Yes, a few things I did not like. First there are very, very few spots available near the two pools to lay on a beach chair. Second, there was a sliding door to a patio in the room that required maintenance to lock. It took 2 days to get locked.

Close to Patong beach

Central location, lots of restaurants nearby.

Can hear street noise inside the room till late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. The AC would heat up in the morning even though it was set to low, making it hot to sleep. The bathroom has no shelves to keep anything so everything gets wet. Many of the power plugs did not work. The balcony door would not lock all the time. The women staff were not friendly & seemed like they were mocking us in their language. There are plenty of better hotels nearby which we would stay in next time. The high price is not worth it for this place.

I left very important things in the safe and SUN made sure i received them personally with out any question or doubt for securing my important belongings, I'm greatly endeebted to him and all the Burasarai stff who took care of my on my visit

I thought i had a pool access room, pool view was ok, bt i did not spend as much time relaxing in the pool as i would if it were on my porch, read the fine print and avoid wishful thinking.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was also great.

Beautiful pool areas, superb breakfast, top class service

Considering the high price paid the room was quite small and did not have a balcony.

Located a 1 minute walk to the beach Lovely reception drink & welcome Room on First floor bright & Colourful great a/c With great little additions including mini bar waters beach bag & mat towels, kettle tea coffee flannels great bathroom bits tooThe bed one of the most comfortable we have slept in. Breakfast a vast choice of food with A chef on omelettes etc All the staff are very welcoming & helpful 2 pools one more open was closer to us enjoyed time in the pool beautiful surroundings

Only two things Balcony in Description ended up being a Juliet balcony really love to chill early evening on one Language was a bit of a barrier very little English spoken but most things dealt with no problem

The daily breakfast was incredible! Large and varied display. The towels and linens were lovely.

The facility needs some tlc and could use some updating and maintenance. The vibe is nice, but it’s a bit tired.

Everything, the staff was super friendly, delicious food, the swimm up bar, the swimmingpools, the decorations also for christmas and NYE. We would stay here again when in Patong beach.

A minor thing - the music at the swimm up bar lounge was a little outdated out of the 80's or 90's with some funk. I would prefer chill out house lounge music - or cafe del mar style music. But thats a detail.

The location of the hotel makes it comfortable and its ideal size. Compared to neighboring large hotels that stretch from one corner of the street to another. In a hotel of the ideal size, which is neither big nor small, it is easy to feel at home.There are no endless long corridors or walks from your back room to breakfast, for example.It is definitely useful that 7-11 is located in the same building.During our 14-day vacation, everything only became more homely, not the other way around.Many thanks. The hotel of the ideal size, large rooms (elite room) and cheerful staff.

The location is perfect. The staff is welcoming and always ready to assist in any matter. The facility is clean and comfortble.

This place is so close to the beach. The room was so nice. We had an issue with the power in the room at first but it was quickly resolved. They offered breakfast and had a restaurant on site. They provided beach towels and a beach bag. They also set up an airport pick up for us.

The only thing I did not love was the frosted glass between the room and the toilet. If it were just the shower/tub that would be fine but I would like less visibility to the toilet.

Everything, our favourite hotel in Patong. Their spa is amazing too, from their facilities and of course the staffs are all helpful and nice ☺️
