Tv does not have a English movie or sports channel .

Clean , quite , staff is friendly . Nice front entrance and waiting area . Good German restaurant across the street . Fairly close to beach and Bangla st . 15 min walk .

The biggest complaint is the TV . Only 4 English channels , 2 are news that repeat them selfs . A kid cartoon channel and wildlife channel. The other 26 channels are in different tongues . Please get a movie and sports channel in English .

Very good locations

Very basic options for breakfast and very bad attitude of front reception staff.

The Location was excellent and staff was good. Breakfast was also nice.

The Bathroom was very small and room also was bit small. The water wasn’t draining very well during shower. Needed to wait for water to drain. Also Ac was making a bit of noise.

The staff is unfriendly, not very welcoming. We had to go to the Similan islands and it was 6.20am, the breakfast is suppose to start at 6.30am, we requested for a cappuccino and the machine was also on but they straightaway refused although we had breakfast included in our package. We were not going to have breakfast that day as we were going to the islands but still they denied a cup of coffee.It was bad. The location is also not very great.

The breakfast is great and has a lot of options. The bed was really comfy, and our room was maintained every day by housekeeping. The barman at the pool bar was friendly and welcoming.I actually have no complaints about the hotel.

The hotel kept 1000 TBH when check in as a refundable security money which is totally disappointing. There were two single beds placed together to make a king bed which is uncomfortable. They provide dentals kits on request. Location is also far away from Patong beach.

1. Hotel need renovation 2. The tour desk is three times more expensive then others tours companies 3. breakfast is just fair , need improvement 4. No hot water at room for showers 5. I booked room with jacuzzi, however it’s just shower bathtub not a real jacuzzi

The hotel was rather new and well maintained. Rooms were spacious. Mattresses were confortable and rooms were really king size. The extra bed for our daughter was ok. The pool area was beautiful. The staff was very polite and helpful. My daughter twisted her ancle in the way to Phuket and they offer us a wheel chair that allowed us to go to some places such as night shows. breakfast was very good with lots of international options. The beach was about 400 meters from the hotel. It is busy; not the best place to enjoy the beach but the night life is vibrant.

Located in the heart of Patong, it's within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Patong Beach and Bangla Road.The staff were exceptionally courteous and always available to lend a helping hand. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with a diverse spread that catered to all tastes and featured something new each day.Overall, I found this hotel to be excellent value for money. Its convenient location, friendly service, and quality amenities make it an ideal choice for those looking to stay in the heart of Patong. Highly recommended!"

The breakfast is same everyday! There is no variety! Also the coffee was bad and when i tried to order cappucino from the bar, it was the mission impossible.

Ideal location for Patong. Excellent Staff and good quality without paying the premium rates for seafront views.

The room and bathroom were spotless and very comfortable. The shower was great!The buffet breakfast was lovely - fresh fruits and yogurts, variety of breads and pastries, Thai breakfast options, eggs and bacon, lovely coffee.Beach towels were available from the bar at no cost.We loved the location as it was not on the busy main road - 1 road up from the Patong Beach road and far away enough from the noise of Bangla Road. We could walk to the vast number of restaurants, markets and malls. The staff was very helpful - I needed dental treatment while on holiday, and the reception staff helped me find a reputable dentist close by.

More water could be provided in the rooms, as this is used for drinking and brushing teeth.

This is an excellent hotel to stay. The reception staff, kitchen staff, cleaners and everyone were extremely friendly and kind. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and even the Tuesday buffet for dinner was excellent. It seems the hotel is very well managed at all levels of management.
