excellent location. very quiet and clean. almost 100 years old but very clean and nicely updated with all amenities: tv with cable/fridge. excellent price/value

bathroom not painted. very small room: we had a hard time with space with 4 open suitcases. If we had known, we will have upgraded to a larger room. no view whatsoever. staff very helpful but problem with English.

It had air conditioning and a fairly comfortable bed.

Was promised a breakfast included for the two of us, but was told at check in that the restaurant was closed down. Was given map to neighborhood restaurants but no coupons to help with the cost. Was about the most expensive meal of our month long trip.

Location was perfect. The ambiance is inviting and warm. Room was immaculate and well appointed.

I felt the staff could have put forth a little bit more effort to help us organize a tour. They directed us to the street peddlers.

A bigger menu for breKFAST AT THE Cafe.

The hotel offered classic charm and amazing customer service. The smaller scaled hotel made all the staff and customers feel like an extended family while the facade and charm of the hotel and surrounding buildings transported you to “Old Town” Phuket. Rooms were spacious, clean and charming as well. Having the small breakfast and unlimited water was also a nice surprise. Cannot say enough about the staff and how they all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Shout out to Philip, Nathan, Mimi, Penny, Ice, Gam and Alan.

Only thing to consider is maybe not run the fountain closer to the middle of the courtyard as it gets the floor wet and could cause someone to slip.

Did not try breakfast at the hotel. Well situated in Old Phuket Town with every dining option imaginable. The staff were some of the best we have encountered clearly caring about every element of our stay. We were there during Loy Krathong and they had all the parts needed to make our own little floats

No drip or brewed coffee in the morning. Only instant coffee and powdered creamer.

The staff were so friendly and helped us with any request/question that we had. Specifically; Jenny, Nathan, and Penny helped make our stay for memorable!! We will recommend On On hotel to anyone that plans to visit Phuket!

The location was 'perfect', - right in the middle of 'Old Town'. The facility itself was welcoming and authentically colonial. The Staff were attentive, friendly, welcoming & efficient! There were excellent & inexpensive Restaurants within 50 meters of the property. The room was excellent, comfortable, clean, safe, and everything worked well, including the TV & Internet.

Everything exceeded my expectations!

The hotel is in a very beautiful building and the location was good enough for us (we just stayed for one night to grab a boat the next morning).

The room was tiny, and it had a very bad smell of sewage.

The location is excellent, and the hotel’s design is truly beautiful—it feels like stepping back into old-time Phuket. The architecture and atmosphere perfectly reflect the identity of Phuket Old Town. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and informative, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Room was beautiful and clean, comfy bed. Amazing vibe in this hotel that is right in the heart of Old Town in the middle of everything. They also took care of our rental car during Sunday market when we could not park in the street, which was appreciated. They also provide laundry service. Staff are lovely and helpful. This hotel in my opinion is worth more than three stars. Definitely very good value for money.

Everything was superb! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the location couldn't be better, the room was great! They don't have breakfast at the hotel but the coffee was very good and you can get breakfast easily close by. We lucked into arriving on Sunday as the night market is right at the hotel which was great fun!

Would have been nice to have breakfast there but it wasn't a problem as there were many choices closeby.

Location, amazing customer service and employees, cleanliness, prompt attention to request, and the bed in my junior suite was fantastic.

I wished the room had a large vanity but I understand this is the oldest hotel in Phuket. It is not a complain but a wish. I absolutely loved everything.
