Pros +
- The room was neat and clean. Staff was great. Close to everything in Kamala Beach area.
- It's proximity to the central town
- Easily walkable to Kamala Beach, the staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean, loved the shower and the bed. Ample places for storage.
Cons -
- Stairway really echos. People came in late one night talking, coughing and woke us up. Another we heard out in the stairwell what we thought was somebody throwing up. I would recommend signs to please be quiet in hallway during late hours.
- The stuff is often missing and there is nothing to talk with and I got a room upstairs that was filled with cooking smells because Venice was the chimney of the restaurant. But you pay what you get from
- Felt a bit like a hotel speak-easy, where you had to walk through the cafe to get to the rooms. Also, wish the property had a pool, but not a major issue.
