Great view of sunrise! The hotel is perched high up on a hill which provides sweeping views of Phuket and the surrounding mountains and ocean in the distance. Our room (executive suite) was a very generous space for a family of 5. Loved the infinity pool as well. The selection of breakfast items was excellent - a lot of hot food choices which changed daily. The hotel is well maintained, clean and in good condition. The room is very clean, furniture in good condition and they spray the room for pest management as well.

The hotel has a weird layout where the floors don't really line up and you have to go upstairs then downstairs to get to the pool. Quite a confusing layout. Also not a great place for people with mobility issues as the floors have random single steps up or down. i.e. There is a step down to get into the bathroom. To get to our suite, you take the elevator then walk across the skywalk, then down stairs, up stairs then one single step down, then the hallway to the suite. The breakfast food was often cold depending on when you go. (We went right at opening at 7 am and all the foods that were suppose to be hot were cold). It seems they turn the steamers off when there is less traffic and on when there are more people there.

The steps should have been advertised more as so handicaped people would avoide staying at this hotel. I would have changed hotels but I was staying for a short amount of time.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Everything is very clean and well thought out. The room has a stylish design with pleasant colors, a yoga mat, a mini fridge, a kettle, plenty of towels, a large TV, and a beautiful view. The hotel also offers a sauna and a large swimming pool, which is a great bonus. Highly recommend!

My favorite aspects of the hotel were definitely the outstanding yoga classes and the attentive staff. The breakfast spread was a delightful start to each day, and the hotel shuttle was an absolute game-changer, making transportation incredibly easy and enjoyable.

The hotel itself was perfectly fine, but my stay was unfortunately impacted by a severe disturbance caused by another couple. A male guest was screaming at his girlfriend and behaving extremely rudely. I was relieved to see that the hotel staff promptly addressed the situation by asking him to leave. While it was a horrible experience, I appreciate the hotel's quick action in managing a difficult situation that could happen anywhere.

The studio we booked had incredible views, with picturesque scenery visible from almost every spot on the property – including the infinity pool, restaurant, and library. The beds were comfortable, and the property was clean and well maintained. The free shuttle service to three city locations and back was a great bonus.

Breakfast could be improved. The food didn’t feel particularly fresh or thoughtfully prepared—it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. The pancakes, in particular, felt like they had been frozen and needed to be toasted just to be warm.

I enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center added a nice touch. The front desk staff made check-in smooth, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

I wish there was help with staff to collect suitcase when checking out as my suitcase was rather heavy and the lift is only accessible to certain floors and my room was by the stairs.

The location is on a hill, located in the centre of Phuket island.

Phuket island was larger than I realised. The location was rather isolated

The facilities in the hotel were great, the pool was really big and the gym was good. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

Our room smelt very musty and was a bit damp. There was a dehumidifier if the room, which took away some of the feeling/smell.

They haven't provided dental accessories, enough tea, sugar etc. the staff don't know English. The bath tub was not working

We did not like the busdriver when we went to the similan islands, he was rude and drove to hard and dropped us of on te street when we got back

Food portions are a joke. If I want to eat beef, it needs to be more than 2 pieces... Breakfast quality is poor

The location is fine

You have to take the stairs up and down when you go in and out. My room was in floor 3, every time I have to go to floor 5 then take the stairs down to floor 3 because the elevator stops at ground floor and 5th floor only, and it is located far from the rooms . Also, the value doesn’t meet the expectations and the pictures they post.Take only if you don’t have another choice.

What didn’t I like about the property it was fantastic, the staff were incredible the facilities were clean and well kept. The room was massive. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly and work so hard. Thanks for having my for 10 days!
