Spacious rooms, black out covers and good ACthe staff was wonderful

some fixtures weren’t working well in the bathroom, the sink faucet was loose and the shower was difficult to keep at the same temperature

Lovely pool and the staff try to be helpful. They arranged a private taxi for us and it was a really easy and smooth experience. The room was really clean.

So, of no fault of there own there was a power outage during our stay. The problem wasn’t the power outage itself, it’s the way they handled it. The power went out at 4pm and didn’t come back on until 2am so no AC, electricity or lights during this time making the room impossible to stay in. There was no way to contact the owner or management so we were just stuck outside in the heat with nothing to eat or drink the entire time as they don’t have anything, not even an office on site - just a little desk. The compensation that they gave was a meal in a restaurant the hotel owns down the street which is 1/3 of the price for one night. I tried to ask for a refund for the day I couldn’t use the room through booking and they said that since the hotel gave us a meal, that counts as compensation and there’s nothing else they can do. So lovely place if you just want to relax. But if there’s a problem with your stay, they won’t be able to handle it and will screw you over with compensation.

Beautiful spacious rooms with access to the pool. It was so nice and peaceful. It was very close to a Muay Thai gym and so I went to a class every morning!

A bit far from everything else - you need a scooter but that’s what I wanted. Somewhere to read, do yoga, walk to the beach, and sleep comfortably.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Ground floor rooms have direct access to the pool.

WiFi is inconsistent. The walk way is not level so need to watch where you step and you can’t roll your bags.Hot water maybe solar thus not always available.

Very large room and clean when upon first arrival. The air conditioning was some of the best I’ve had in Thailand! Pool access was absolutely stunning and felt very luxurious.

Far from airport and ferry dock to other islands 40 min grab at least.

A little far from Rawai town if no transport could be difficult to get somewhere. Property was aged in areas but clean & very spacious.

The suite had constant loud plumbing noises so I had to move. Bed was too firm for my liking. Food is offsite so took a bit long. Surrounding pool area a bit run down

The host was really welcoming and helped us out in renting a scooter. They have a decent sized swimming pool. I would recommend the stay.

The only thing that I had an issue with was low cooling air conditioner.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the pool is nice, as are the balconies.

The building is getting old. It rained a lot on my trip, and by the end the roof was leaking. The property was nice, and so was the staff, it’s only that the building is getting old. If I were looking for a cheap stay, and am okay with an older bulking, I would stay again.

We loved having a pool right outside our door. The wifi and smart tv was great. The room size was amazing and it was clean. We honestly could not have asked for a better place to stay and were very impressed and lived comfortably!

the pool great was huge very long apartment we had was a duplex type bedroom upstairs was big and spacious as was downstairs had little kitchen and necessities u needed for cooking

considering this was a very last minute booking, and not arriving until late at night, the owner was there to greet us. nice quiet room, with comfortable bed. would certainly recommend this hotel.

the room was very spacious and clean, the host paul was very friendly, you could go from your terrace straight into the pool.

I've had a great time staying here, the owner is very kind and was helpful and accommodating with all of my needs. The location is quiet and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool is amazing and you can order food/coffee directly to the hotel. Thanks again for letting me stay!
