ASHLEE Heights Hotel Patong

Hotel room was very roomy we had a 2bedroom

Breakfast was crap .. we had breakfast 1 day of our 8 day stay .. The breakfast was included in my my room rate. Pool had lots of broken tiles around the outside as well as in the pool .. All in all a old hotel

The staff. All very nice. Large bathroom. Cold air conditioning. Very quiet hotel.

It was not a four star hotel. No gym. Pool was under construction while I was there. No view except the roof top. Very quiet and boring. There are cheaper hotels with more to offer.

A ton to do around the Patong Beach area BUT that area is overrun with tourists and is dirty!!! I'd stay on Phi Phi Island next time and never visit Patong again. If you do go to Patong this hotel is ok to stay at.

Ashlee Heights is new, relatively clean and is designed in a contemporary style

The room that was pictured on the site was not the room that we received. The location of the hotel is horrible. The immediate surrounding area is run down and smells like sewage. Also there were hundreds of flys is the breakfast room.

Staff was rude. Wasn't greeted with a smile. They say it has shuttle service but when we asked They say taxi outside. I would not recommend this hotel. And it is NOT a 4 Star hotel. I would give it a 2 1/2 star. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Great, large clean rooms. Big bed. Close to everything without being too noisy.

Very average shower set up. Slowest Lift in Patong.

size of room is good

stuff not helpful at all first time 4 stars hotel but no one available to help you. there is no AC in the lobby and the weather is so hot. not recommended

The pool was not open the whole holiday staff did not care about this looked miserable didn't offer to help when complained. Drilling and banging every morning at 8.30am hotel not interested breakfast terrible no bar as this was at the pool which wasn't open

There was no facilities open basically just a room not a hotel as advertised

Nice big rooms . Staff were great and location was good .

A few bits or tiredness around the room but nothing major.

Fab location comfortable beds large bedrooms

Balcony was to front hotel very small and noisy ...big sun roof terrace but only few beds

Nothing to complain. The room was nice, staffs were friendly, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel was not in good condition, breakfast limited and if the food was finished very slow to restock the same applied to glasses, plates etc. Mentioned that they have a shuttle service however when asked at reception this was not the case. Reception staff completely unhelpful. Would never return here.

They have too many problems in the roomWater is cold in the bathroom Ic is noisy The rooms are old and need to be refreshed

Family room was a great size

Hotel Doesn't look like the photos in the slightest, pool was out of order the whole week, breakfast was disgusting, staff were miserable and difficult. Complete false advertising.

Staff friendly and helpful,fresh bedding and towels every day.

Didn’t find out till we got there that the pool was been renovated,it said on the notice board that the pool would be ready for 30/11/2024 then they changed it to 5/12/2024 then changed it again to the 7/12/2024 they changed it again till the 10/12/2024. We left the hotel on the 12/12/2024 pool still not ready. Hadn’t changed the date still showing the 10/12/2024.Breakfast was abysmal no butter just margarine fried eggs or boiled bread was tasteless, I was booked for breakfast for the two weeks tried it twice with wife worst breakfast we have ever had.bath room shower curtain kept falling down bathroom towel rail hanging off the wall,some mornings shower water was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone I’m also surprised that booking.com rates the hotel as 4 star personally I’d give it a 2.

The staff where really great and made my kids experience very fun and joyful

The pool was non operational and there was no communication about if not going to be working as I took my 2 small kids because there was a pool if we new the pool was not working we would of stayed somewhere else as it was going to be a massive part of the holiday for the kids very disappointed in they pool situation

Clean and Neat....... They provide us a washing machine. Too bad, we dont have time to wash.....(lol)

Air con faces directly to the big bed. We used the sofa bed and kid bed

Large space

Well when you are on holiday you do t expect your pool to start getting renovated in the mid trio very dissapointing

The staffs are friendly, the room is spacious, the size of the bathtub is good for 2 and the balcony is equipped with couple of lawn chairs and a table.

The location wasn't at the closest to go to the beach or to the mall especially when it was raining almost everyday. Maybe if umbrellas were provided in every room it would be perfect. The bed firmness isn't to my liking.

be careful !!!!!!!!!!!! not the same in the photos !!!!!! my booking account is level 3 ! not my first time i book and i never write feedback like this ! the feeling is like in hospital ! all fake , photo , tv , kitchen 0 I changed the place and the reservation was still two days away. I was going to get the wrong idea about the city and swear that I called the booking agency to change the travel destination and the country. But it was all because of this hotel. The country is beautiful and the places are beautiful. Only this hotel is not good.
