Ashlee HUB Patong Hotel

Their hot water is not working, after complaining about bad smell from toilet they didn’t change the room

I like the location but for the people who like quiet places I don’t recommend it for them

There are no hot water in the shower, it’s too old needs renovation the shower is for very short people only They gave me a different room not the one which I booked The AC was making loud whistlen all the night

Disappointing

Room was over a bar that was playing music till 02.30 in morning was on 4th floor but sounded like the speaker was in the room

The front staff were nice friendly and helpful as the girls housekeeping were awesome didn't bother me didn't question what I was doing ?

Elevator is a bit slow but okay

Breakfast was avast improvement on our previous stay in November 2024

Walk in showers would be much easier for the older generation.

Room lock broken asked to defect several times it took up to 10 minutes to get into the roomFinally, on the second night, they changed our room after requesting so many times

Big rooms, cleaned every day. Great location. Situated at Otop Market. Short walk to both Bangla road and the beach.

Ashlee hub is very central.

I'm very disappointed in this hotel. This used to be one of my favorite hotels to stay at. It seems like nothing has changed in the last 15 years, particularly with regards to the upkeep. The elevator is an accident waiting to happen. The room we stayed in's tiles was chipped, and the wood lamination of the bed's head board, chipped off. There is no information booklet in the rooms which comes standard in most hotels. Building maintenance should be done in the low season, not in peak season. They advertised a bar on the pool deck, and when asked where it is, the staff simply said it is closed but we could not see a bar on the pool deck floor. Had I known beforehand building maintenance was underway, I would have booked elsewhere." It was definitely not worth the money we paid to stay there.

Good

It was a self service hotel. Expected atleast some one to transfer the luggages to the room. Also, no scope for even little extension of timing to check out.

Spacious room, very clean, everything worked. Hot shower, comfortable king size bed, clean sheets & towels.

Noisey at night, but still managed to get some sleep.

The size of the room.

The housekeeping staff does not clean the room properly. They just mop the floor, two of the days they did not even do that. The location is central but it’s really loud. You have a lot of places around and there is constant noise coming. If you are a sound sleeper then it won’t affect you. The location is not bad at all, but it’s noisy sometimes

the beds were basically made out of rocks and the AC was abnormally loud to the point it had to be turned off

Close to bars but still quiet at night when trying to sleep

The room I was in was next to a room getting renovated so there was a little noise in the morning if I had a big night out

The bed was hard (but that is my opinion) others might like a hard bed.The water pressure in the shower was weak.No lights in the hallways at night ?, lucky we had a torch.

The area is very close to the beach which made it convenient to move around

The rooms had a odd odour that smelt like old wood. The smell made us quite lightheaded. We were also locked out of one of our rooms as we were checked out of our room even before our actual book out day.

The staff were nice. This is the only thing that is good.

The room was dirty literally everything! The bed, sheets, sofa, pillows, walls, under the bed, boiler, coffee cups, towels, and shower are broken either too hot or too cold, Bugs on the bed, Ac one time too cold and the other time you wake up sweating. I got very sick twice on my 12-day trip! So horrible.

Its location - close to markets and Bang La road

Everything was dirty and unkempt. The rooftop pool and bar are practically non existent - with the bar never staffed the entire 2 week stay (in fact the bar is being used as a storage facility).In the room the wall was dirty/mouldy - and under the bed seems to have not been cleaned in some time. The ceiling would often leak when the aircon was set to anything below 25 degrees Celsius.As well as a constant leak from the shower, toilet/bidet hose.
