Room was comfortable. Weird that drapes didn't cover the windows so never felt a sense of privacy. Shower was essentially over the toilet so not a great Experience. Location is fine if you have a motorbike

Nice and calm resort, clean rooms and value for money,The best thing is the kitchen space with all amenities.

The breakfast was not at all upto the Thai standard,They should improve the food quality, Omelette without onion???Bread not fresh.So I booked without breakfast.

The restaurant provided quality food and kind service. The rooms were spacious enough The aircon worked well. The staff were always nice. It was a good location because it was quite on the hill away from the noisey streets.

Nice place just at the door of the city. Quiet with a nice pool.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant.The pool in the courtyard is also very nice and relaxing.

However, please note that the hotel is located on a steep hill, which might be difficult for some guests to access, especially with luggage or in hot weather.One unpleasant surprise was the charge of 500 THB for a lost key — which is the price of a whole night’s stay. This seems quite excessive.There’s also a sign at the reception stating a 500 THB charge for a late check-out per hour, which feels unwelcoming.It gives the impression that the hotel is trying to charge extra for everything possible, which affects the overall experience.

Location was good except for a steep hill leading towards the hotel. Cars and tour minibus refused to come to pick up to the hotel because the van was full, and the driver thought that the van won't be able to climb the hill.

The girls at the reception were not friendly or helpful. They were rude and need some better training on how to deal with customers. From their behavior it was implying that the hotel is reasonably priced so no need to be courteous or helpful. This was not a language issue. It's about their attitude towards customers.

Staff behavior too much rude and Bad The staff at night has much attitude behavior She don't know how to talk with a customer I rent Car .. that's why i have Passport picture not have Passport.. and she shouted loud that she need only original Passport .. and my reservation price which i got email was 2297.92 .. i just tell and she shout again .. and charges me 2700 baht for no reason .. also attached the screenshot

It was clean and not busy

It was quite old, like the tab in the kitchen being loose.There was construction going on. I believe they are renovating everything. The accommodation is up a very very very steep hill.

noisy, if you have to go to sleep early stay away, you can hear anyone walking or speak in the hallway. The rooms are small and it didn't't see renovation for a really long time, to have a hot shower you have to wait for 4-10 minutes. if you are there for the party it may be ok, or if you are on a tight budget. otherwise find the better place

The cleaners who do the apartments are very poor.. They do very little. The counter tops were dirty when I arrived, My bathroom counter were wiped once, with a towel, in 10 days.. and that’s only because I requested the cleaner to return after she’d ‘cleaned’. I did notice a few comments about cleaning in the reviews, So it is an issue

Washroom doors are not working, room fan is not working+ Ac also not worked so I have asked the staff to fix the AC.

I like the residence and rooms are clean calm very quite, pool is amazing ladies at reception was very very friendly .someone looking a place with view and quiet as f should come here I love the zero disturbance atmosphere, absolutely calm
