The staff was amazing from the front desk to the housekeeping everyone is smiling and welcoming you

There was mosquitoes in the room and we were bitten many times that we couldn’t sleep because of the itching

More storage space and better lighting in the bathroom

We stayed there last week for our honeymoon and couldn’t be more pleased. The hotel is even more beautiful than it appears in the photos, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. The on-site restaurant was absolutely wonderful — a true highlight. I also had the best massage of my life there! ? Unfortunately, I got sick during the trip, but the staff went above and beyond to assist us, for which I’m especially grateful. Even if you choose not to leave the hotel, there’s plenty to enjoy. Bangla Road is about 5 minutes away by tuk-tuk or 20-25 minutes on foot. I sincerely recommend this hotel. ✨

I had a terrible experience at Eden Resort & Villas.The duty manager was extremely rude — rolling his eyes, making hand gestures, and talking with no respect at all.He even accused me of stealing a bathrobe and made me pay for it, then showed me a dirty pillow with ink stains and said I had to pay because they “couldn’t wash it.” How can a guest sleep with their head in ink?Totally unprofessional and humiliating behavior.This hotel is overpriced and poorly managed — it completely ruined my vacation.I will never come back, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Excellent location. We rented the two bedroom villa with the private pool. It was exquisite.

Gym did not have good air-conditioning.

The property is truly a little oasis in the middle of Patong. Close to everything including the beach. The pool was lovely and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend

The hotel was fantastic! The staff were all great, especially James. The hotel is beautiful, with great aesthetics. The restaurants were also excellent (food & service).

This place fills me with despair. The police were called on us while I was with an elderly woman and my husband, and they took our money!

The manager's behavior was extremely aggressive when he arrived at our villa without our permission. I was caught off guard and naked when he demanded money due to a scratch on the TV reported by housekeeping. He even went as far as calling the police to our room over a minor scratch on the TV. As a result, my husband had to spend the entire day at the police station. At check out they are so cheap that they charged us for the used sleepers! They said its missing ? its a scam

The resort looks great! The staff was very kind - James helped us with everything. The breakfast was delicious, one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had in hotels.

All the The staff are friendly . Mr. NN was so helpful and his team . The location is nearby . They have Resturant , mini market and spa, they arranged for our anniversary ?

Wardobe and cabinet would prefer if we could keep our stuff out of the luggage

The place is very quiet and relaxing, but still close to the center.The service is amazing, the rooms and the facilities are very clean.We had a wonderful time in this resort.

Back door patio could be cleaner (algae growing in corner) with a little dust on the outdoor sofas.

It was very good, compare for the price, location and staff.Specially for day trip, I highly recommend their travel guide guy “Nino” he was so nice, friendly and supportive.

Real oasis in the chaotic Patong center

The narrow road leading to the hotel entrance... not the first hotel from the beach front...but Ok we didn't come here to go to this beach

Very comfortable, clean and with a very nice pool.

The resort is so new, I loved how it has everything. The aura of the place is so serene, its just tucked away in busy patong. I recommend this place because its very central but also very calm. The staff are very helpful and acomodating.
