Alfresco Phuket Hotel

The bed was very comfy. The pool space was good and the staff where very friendly

Very noisy on a night time due to the location. Was woken up numerous times by outside noises

Comfort location is very nice in mid of main market

Everything was good this is my second time in this same hotel

Location, restaurant, bar, hang out areas

Bathroom were clean but need some attention but amazing for the price.

Loved everything about this hotel.?The staff is amazing as always! They are kind and attentive. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is also great. Walking distance to restaurants, night life and shopping malls. Available parking is a bonus ??Highly recommended! Thank you ???

Clean Room good space Location Price

The room in front side in main rood it was noisy due to cars and motors outside and difficult to sleep and they change the room when we request

Everything! The staff were all amazing. The breakfast was great, the pool, the breezy balcony, and very spacious rooms.

Clean and spacious

Breakfast option.

Good hotel. Value for money. Descent breakfast and swimming pool.

The Internet is so weak. Pillows need to be changed.

Great location, great staff, clean rooms. They have available car parking which is a plus.

There was constant noise because it was on the street. Our 2-year-old child woke up constantly. We couldn't sleep. It's not suitable for families at all.

Location is good, good pool and clean comfy bed. cheap drinks nearby.

The bathroom was not ideal, the water splashes everywhere. Breakfast could be better and I would omit it next time.

Staff really friendly helpful Room is very clean and comfortable bed

My room was at the front of the hotel, which was very, very noisy from the street very late into the night

location, comfort bed

cleanliness

Good location. The room was clean. The staff and reception were nice and very helpful.

For me the location is perfect as I love to walk but it is a little way to the beach and Bangla etc. Although it’s on a main road so plenty of taxi bikes and taxis/tuk tuks etc to take you where you need to go.The staff are exceptional. The housekeeping are amazing as well as the kitchen and reception. Always welcoming, polite and very professional. They all impress me.

The wifi sadly was well below what it should be during the stay.

It's in centrum..close to everywhere...clean..top floor there is a pool and sitting area...beds nice..room clean..

I stated 4days and They have wifi problem.. first time in Thailand I had connection problem in hotels..I wrote them complain and they reply to me contact with front desk..and result they gave me another access code to connect wifi..but it works only top floor(5th) and my room was in 2nd... Had bad time outside to top floor with mosquito bites...

Couldn't check in nobody available

Nobody around to check in no information

Location was near to beach, can walk / short drive there. Room was as advertised.

Room was a little dusty, fact that room card was needed on each bed to activate power was a little weird, and also the staff said we have to leave every key at the counter when going out. Also, lack of hair dryer and personal fridge.

it was really clean. the location was just perfect and the staff was the best i dealt with in Thailand.

nothing but they need to improve their english as we all like speak english as tourists

Very comfortable beds, really friendly staff. Rooms were clean.

Breakfast was very limited and not worth it. Public areas should be cleaned more often.
