Blue Carina Hotel Phuket

God experience. Pray, the receptionist, was extremely warm and polite; she was joyful and easy to talk to.

Bathrooms could have been better.

Although it’s much smaller than the photos show, we loved this place. Great pool, nice landscaping, 2 restaurants adjacent but not part of the hotel. The staff was always helpful and our room was really nice. Note: there are two buildings. One is 4 floors and does not have an elevator. When we checked in, we had a 3rd floor room in that building. They were kind enough to move us to a 2nd floor room for the night. Next day, they moved us to a wonderful room in the ground floor, steps away from the pool. So nice ?

No complaints

The pool at Blue Carina is big enough to swim laps in and is perfectly chlorinated! The view from my front picture windows is FABULOUS, and the bed is really comfortable. It's right across the street from a huge store too and close to the mall. Highly recommended!

Very clean and big room, big shower room, comfortable bed, with very clean bed sheets and towels.Very friendly staff, quiet place .

The room has coffee and tea, but there was no kettle or cups for brewing them.

Friendly and helpful staff, good environment, good service

Very good value for money. Clean bed and swimming pool.

Bad smell in toilet with stains on the stool.

The location. Close to Central market, BigC, Lotus, and a short Grab ride to Bangkok Hospital or old town Phuket.

Its in the city center walking distance to shopping mall seven eleven the room and bathroom is very big the staff are very nice even they allow me for early check in

They need to update the bathroom

Turned out to be an excellent choice for me. Near everything: food, Bangkok Hospital, old town. I will definitely go bac

Not as nice as my previous 3 stays.

This was not the hotel that I used to stay at. The facilities are more run down. The restaurant is now operating out of a store room. The original restaurant is now a beauty spa.

Loved that it was on a quiet street, easily walkable to old town and other attractions.

The air conditioning barely works, and the bunk beds were very hard and uncomfortable. It was outdated, which

Rooms are comfortable. The staff is very responsive. My room was upgraded to the pool side. The problems with the ac and the pillows were fixed very quickly

The pool is a bit shallow. That may be good for kids, but the part for adults is quite small

Property is very well maintained and good staff support! We had a pleased stay with cozy rooms
