I liked everything about the hotel except for the staff. The two guys at reception are incredibly rude and sarcastic. They are very standoffish and you don¿t feel welcome by them. They talk behind your back and laugh at you as if they are judging you.

It’s located in the middle of the town, with everything nearby. Very happening location, lively environment and comfortable rooms.

There were lizards in the room, for which no action could be taken by the hotel staff.

Location is good. Close to Bangla Road. About 10 mins by foot.Mrs. Honey and Mrm Tae together with Mrs. Kung are the best in reception. Helpful and kind.Cleaning stuff as well the best.

There are two buildings. Second building is very noisy. No way you can sleep there at night.First building it's ok but you have to book the deluxe option.

Nice staff and nice location - worth the price

The room had a smell of curry and spices during our stay ? even after cleaning the smell was still here.

Big room, nice bathroom

Extended my booking online, got denied. Got woken up, told me to extend for a higher fee all with a big attitude. Acted as if I “should have known better”. No sense of hospitality from this particular woman. Admittedly, before that point, the other staff was great though. This woman unfortunately ruined my experience. Went next door for half the price, never again!

The room was spacious and breakfast was worth the money. The staffs were friendly and prompt to any request and query. At this price I didn't expect a swimming pool.

The staff was great. The water pressure was good. The hot water was amazing. The pool was great. The room was nice. It was quiet. Great location!

The gym was not good for someone in shape. The weights are not heavy, not that the bench could handle much weight. The equipment is flimsy. The anti cannabis policy wasn't advertised. I was very disappointed to have to walk to go smoke. I got the room with a balcony so I could smoke, but with signs saying 20000 thb fine, I didn't want to even ask about it and just walked to a weed shop. It's raining season so walking in the rain wasn't fun. If I had known this before, I would have picked the weed hotel and been less uncomfortable. Not until I paid and got into the elevator did I see anything about not smoking cannabis on the property. Then, a sign in the room listing fines for everything. I paid by card so the refund would take a long time and moving two people is a pain so I stayed. Luckily there are weed shops all around left, right, and 2 straight ahead.

Swim pool and the size of the room

The staff should be more respectful and appreciative of my guests, who are between 3 and 4 people, and there should be a time allowed from 2 to 4 hours in the morning or evening, which is the appropriate time not to disturb the neighbors by some of my friends coming to my room. This problem did not make me comfortable in the hotel, so I moved to another hotel where visits were allowed, and the friendliness and respect were more than what I found with you. The rest was beautiful and wonderful. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay El, Moe, Phyo and Than were taking good care of us. Cleaning our room and making sure that we are happy ?

The location is excellent and the staff were courteous. Phu at the reception was so welcoming and pleasant. We really miss her. She made us feel like we were at home. The housekeeping staff did a great job, especially Ei, Moe, Phyo and Than. If you are looking for a value for money stay with good location and decent comfort, this is a good place to stay for friends and family.

The pool was jot functional. This should have been notified. The bathroom is clean but lacks a shower partition.

Hotel is located in prime location just 7min walk from Bangla street and mall….. Breakfast is clean and healthy and best part about this hotel is their staff all staff are very professional and great you always with smile and helpful.

Great location close to every but still quiet and clean. Housekeeping is incredible and the staff at the front desk are always accommodating and available.

Nice hotel in a great location! Hallo Patong Hotel is close to the action but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The room was simple but clean, with strong air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. Staff were helpful and check-in was easy. The small pool was a bonus. Good choice if you're staying in Patong on a budget.

My room was clean, had good air-conditioning, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s also a small pool which was great for relaxing after a day out. Good value for the price — I would stay here again!
