The first assigned room was falling apart. Walls were chipped, Windows were rusty and glass was dirty. Have pics for proof. I said I must have a new room and hotel obliged. They gave a lame excuse on check out on need to update. THEN DON'T Sell the room!!

We had an exceptional stay. We booked the Sky Suite for our honeymoon, and it was better than the pictures. Breathtaking views from the room, with a relaxing plunge pool to beat the heat. Good location away from the crowds, near Patong beach. Free shuttle service every couple of hours. 7-eleven five minutes walk.Fantastic and delicious breakfast, with a wide variety of choices.Friendly staff that are always willing to help and offer recommendations.

Sky Suite rooms might not be suitable for the elderly or people with disabilities as you need to use the stairs to get up to the room.

Our flat, which was #603, had the horrible smell of sewage and made it impossible stay there. We alerted the resort immediately, as well as Booking.com, and it took 2.5 days before we were moved. The first night we had to stay somewhere else. The second night we tried but it was impossible, waking up to the grotesque smell of sewage that made us feel sick. We stayed outside for most of the day on the third day before we were finally moved. On the first night we immediately began doing research and learned that this terrible sewage smell was a known problem, particularly for unit 603 -- they clearly have a serious problem. Notwithstanding this terrible problem and our extreme patience, the resort only offered a very minor refund amounting to less than half of the cost for a single night that didn't come close to the 2.5 lost days and terrible experience that really marred our visit.

Everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The room was comfortable and had a nice panoramic view of Patong beach.

The staff at Indochine Hotel were truly wonderful — very caring, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is also great, with beautiful scenery and views, although it is a bit far from the city which can make getting around less convenient.Our room was clean, but there were some issues with comfort and facilities. The air conditioning was old and struggled to cool the room properly. The bathroom had low water pressure in the toilet and faucet hose, and the toilet often needed to be flushed twice. The bed was made up of two twin beds pushed together, and the mattress was very soft, which was uncomfortable and not supportive for the back or posture.Overall, the hotel has wonderful staff and lovely surroundings, but improvements in room comfort and facilities would make the stay much better.

Friendly staff, good environment.We like the morning yoga session, we had a very nice and professional caoch. Breakfast is moderate.The 5 bedrooms villa is spacious and clean.Overall is good.

1. Bathroom Shoes (Day 3) - We requested 10 pairs of bathroom shoes for 10 of us. However, upon returning to the villa at night, only a few pairs were provided. We suggest providing the requested number upfront, instead of requiring guests to follow up again.2. Water Leakage in Closet Area (Day 3) - When we returned to the villa at 10:15 pm, we found a bath towel on the closet floor, which was wet due to water leakage (see photo). This suggests that housekeeping staff were aware of the issue during the day but left it unattended without arranging repairs. The problem was only fixed after we requested it, and it took more than 30 minutes, despite us being very tired and preparing for an early morning flight. We recommend that such facility issues be fixed immediately and proactively.3. Pre-Packed Breakfast (Day 4) - The pre-packed breakfast set we received in the early morning included 10 packets of toast bread, but all were too hard to eat. Only the sandwiches and boiled eggs were edible. We suggest providing food items that remain fresh and edible for longer, instead of items that cannot be consumed.4. Lighting in VillaThe lighting throughout the villa was too dim, especially in the staircase area. We suggest brighter lighting to improve both comfort and safety.

I booked a two room pool villa one of the most expensive on the property. The villa was very old, had mildew smell that was overwhelming. The rooms were dusty dirty had paint peeling. The air conditioner at first made so much noise you it was fixed but then started to leak water on the bed, while the staff tried to fix the unit it was a no go. The bathroom in the master suite leaked when it rained it was supposed to have a clear plexiglass ceiling with wooden slats to let the light in. This was so dirty and grungy that the bathroom was dark with poor lighting. The furniture was really old and to say well lived in would be kind. There was heavy construction next door that went on the full 7 days of our stay. The staff came evey day to clean light scented oil to mask the smell. We asked for a new villa but was told there was not one available. The pool was good,old but enjoyable. Roof and the patio could have used a good power wash before we arrived, the staff was power washing the property every day just not our villa. I though it was great that it was pet friendly property as my family like dogs but letting the dogs poop and pee on the tennis court and the walk way to breakfast without cleaning it up was a little much. My son stepped in it with his flip flops on the way to bfast great way to start the day lets say no one needed coffee to wake up that day the oder took care of that.

The villa is old and very very very dirty. It is dusty and we found empty rubish. Also, it has a lot of ants that you can’t even leave your bag open. I actually found some ants on the bed. My reservation was 3 nights. I only stayed the first night. To be honest, no clean person could stay there.

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our room with private plunge pool and jacuzzi has amazing ocean views. The cleanliness of the room is superb. They allowed us to check out a bit later. The restaurant has makes delicious lunch/dinner. Breakfast is also good. We will definitely come back again.

AC capacity is not strong to cool down the entire room if the curtains/partition is open. It can only cool down the bedroom but during the day, the lounge area becomes hot and the fan isn’t enough.
