The hotel staff are friendly and helpful with a cheerful attitude! Location of the hotel is ideal - beach is nearby, entertainment is plentiful. Massage centres are everywhere around with highly affordable and enjoyable experiences.
Nothing was there to dislike - food, leisure, drinks, entertainment, massages, all were great !
Location, restaurant, staff all excellent;.
Maybe the noise from the outside at night can be a little excessive at night but not too much of a bother if you have enought to drink and maybe a pair of earplugs.
The property was based in a wonderful location to not only the beach but to all the bars and clubs nearby the beach. The food s very good there and the staff a friendly and somewhat funny some of them had a great sense of humour and I was made to feel very welcome. Overall I had a comfortable stay at the PS.
The only thing I didn’t like was the view from my balcony. I was facing another building so not so great but honestly I would book to stay there again
Location is perfect, bangla, jungceylon and everything else just nearby. Customer service was awesome.
Beds were very hard. There was some rats or mice living at bathroom, we did not see them but there was piss and shit of them coming from between of the wall, other than that room was clean. We wanted room with balcony but they have made 80% of balcony off from use so its so small that you cant even fit chairs there. very much of noise coming to room. All windows and door has big gaps in there that air and noise is coming to room.
excellent location, friendly staff, clean.
sound of music is quite loud, don't come there if you can't handle that.
Location .. housekeeping .. restaurant .. reception staff ..

Bed was hard. Not comfortable.
Clean, great service
Room was too small compared to shown on the site
If you value sleep do not stay here
Poor customer service on check in and check out. Rude hotel manager. Extremely noisy with music blaring until 6am. Hard uncomfortable beds. We ended up checking out a day early and couldn't get out of there fast enough.
Location is great right on top of bangla road Walking street. I have stayed here many times and will continue too. Staff always kind and helpful.
No swimming pool but I already new that And reflected in the price. Tai pan pool is next door to hotel and can be seen from the room if you are tai pan club side of hotel. This will be noisy till 5am When club closes so bear it or join in ?
Great location Clean Staff were helpfulRooms had a good amount of spaceAlthough it’s right near Bangla road it wasn’t too loud.
Breakfast wasn’t great
Location is right opposite Bangla,
slightly dated but good value for money
It was not clean at all the restaurant in the lobby and all the places smelled food and the room was very small
The restaurant in the reception and the toilet was not clean and the room also where it was very small
If you want to party in Patong it’s the perfect place. Restaurant downstairs has a great menu. Easy walk to beach and shopping mall.
Nothing really except had very low shower pressure in my room..
the location was central, close to restaurants, beach and clubs as well as the markets , walking distance to all
the bed was a bit to hard for my liking, the American breakfast wasn't an American breakfast , more like an English breakfast and was served cold , and no car parking
Nothing at all. Very poor maintained Rude staffs and not attending or reply properly
Nothing at all. Very poor maintained Rude staffs and not attending or reply properlyWater heater was not working. Didnt provide drinking water
The location was OK especially if you were there to party as it was at the top of Bangla Road.
The staff upon check in weren't the friendliest. The room was small and the curtains had been pinned together in attempts to block light. You also had to walk through a restaurant to gain entry or exit the hotel which I felt was weird.
