Crowded, very limited amenities and common areas are way too small for the amount of guests. There were never lounge chairs available around the pool, and pool itself is pitifully small

The breakfast was phenomenal. We only ate the western options (omelettes, pancakes, bircher muesli, all sorts of fruits, cheeses, yogurts, quinoa, salad stuff) so I can't testify to the Asian ones, but they are there as well. The rooms were well appointed. Very clean. Lots of stuff for our kids: very fun pool area, a dedicated room with a ball pit and jungle gym, and the TV had Netflix and Youtube. Just 2 minute walk to the beach.

Despite the great breakfast, our lunch/dinner experiences were poor. The kitchen takes forever to prepare your food despite there not being many diners. One lunch we waited 45 minutes for a salmon dish that, when it arrived, was still uncooked in the middle. The macaroni and cheese was...kind of a joke. The Thai dishes they serve are inconsistent and frankly poorly done.Our room was noisy. The ventilation ducts for the hotel's HVAC system collected our window and hummed all day/night. There must have been a garbage or recycling site under us as well, because in the middle of the night people would dump glass bottles, waking us up. To be fair to the hotel, they offered to move us, and we declined because we were already installed in our rooms and didn't want the hassle and the noise was tolerable. The wing of the hotel I'm referring to is also the smallest one so you're unlikely to be put there. It faces inland, over a parking lot and construction site. It does give you a nice view of the ridgeline, which we liked.

few sunbeds near pool.The low score is not related to the services provided onsite, but to the fact that, after receiving advance payment from Booking, the property refused to issue me a proper tax invoice, which I needed for reimuresement). I wrote several messages to their office and still they refuse to provide the requested invoice. Incompetent buffoons!

Excellent new hotel tucked away in a secluded part of Phuket. The property was new, clean and very well maintained.

The mats placed around the entry/exit within the lobby and pool area were in bad condition and not sightly for guests.

The location is quite far from and not a lot of restaurants nearby. There is a grocery store right under the hotel so that was helpful. There was also a $100 deposit to check-in so might have to keep that in mind.

This place was a wonderful resort with everything you could possibly need located right near restaurants massage parlors and more importantly the ocean just a couple of minutes walk the staff was amazing everything about this place is great and for $40 a night you're not going to beat it anywhere on Earth highly recommend it

Ok brakfast. It's part of the Sea Heaven Hotel which is now being anaged by Wyndham. No views from the rooms.

Front desk people were rude. The hotel has a small swimming pool. It's not right to call it a five-star property

This hotel is not far from airport and near white sand beach. Just few minutes to Banana beach. I love the location.

Beds and pillows are really hard and not comfortable. Maybe if you ask other pillows it’s ok, but I doubt that will work - I asked for a dental kit and extra towel and it was never delivered. Also there are only big bath towels in a room. My request to bring small hand towels was also ignored. Outdoor AC units are on the balconies, with all corresponding heat, sound etc, like in cheap hotels

New facility, clean and good location

All the staff were very good except one lady was very rude, the pool was very small not like how it show in the pictures , the breakfast was okay and the 2 BR that we took has only 1 bathroom Which was not satisfied

The facilities are very good and comfortable. Additional services are so “wow” such as a waterproof tote bag in the room, free-borrowed towel,… for guests to use when they go to the beach.Staffs are so nice, especially our receptionist, Marina, and the bellman (we don’t remember his name).
