The room was very nice. Big shower.

Several buses of tourists flooded the breakfast area at one time.

Great location, friendly staff, nice breakfast

Great location 5.minute walk to the market on the old town. Very friendly staff and great value for money. A little tired but I believe been here for years so expected really.

Sun loungers were very sparse (3 in total) but brolleys and tables when you got one and the pool was clean and not cold.

Beautiful hotel and insanely good value for money. Pool area lovely, very comfy bed. Great location in old town, easy walk to the Sunday night market

Great value for money, very clean and fantastic location.

At first the key to my room didn't work but no problem, they quickly gave me another room.

The hotel was in a very convenient location in Phuket Old Town with plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel had a reat range of Thai food for breakfast.

I found the pillows rather hard

WiFi not good in the room

Check in took over an hour, but mainly due to another customer not happy with their room, but there should have been another member of staff to deal with others that needed to check-in. The pool wasn't very clean and was in a bit of a state structurally.

The hotel is tired the pictures are a a false sense of what you will be getting I payed for a junior suite it was like a Novotel in fact the Novotel apparently is better ? The bathroom was grubby .

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the position is perfect to easily reach the port the islands' excursions. Around the hotel you have a lot of restaurants and the old town. The room was big and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable

The room's floor wasn't clean properly from days 1 to 3, and the windows were old industrial ones and you could hear the noise from outside. The breakfast was poor for the sweet side.

Excellent location. I had a problem on the first morning when I woke up and stepped into a puddle of water on the floor. I was given a new room immediately (albeit a twin rather than a double) so the problem was quickly sorted.

A bit soulless.

I paid hiegher for extra bed though I booked for 3. However it was over crowded due to Chinese New year. The room was very small for 3 people

Location is pretty good.

Reception and staff were just useless. We almost missed our ferry because the taxi they were supposed to arrange never showed up. The room wasn’t very clean and was just very strange. Bathroom had a window so you can see each other taking a dump. Two light switches, one turns absolutely everything off. Just very odd.The breakfast was plane and boring but I guess adequate.Poor value for money.

Modern , clean rooms with large comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with endless hot water and good toiletries. Great air conditioning. Excellent location, close to Old Town and a free bus stops right outside.

Only 4 sun loungers around swimming pool, which is a shame.

Location, very close to the old town and the market, and plenty of shops and restaurants.

Lack of facilities, no spa, no gym, and in-hotel restaurant and cafe is limited. The swimming pool is alright, but not great.

Lovely place, great location, convenient for the old town, really nice breakfast, great pool area which is a lovely sun trap

There wasn't much really, only thing I can think of is that check in was a little slow but not a problem.
