From the outside it was pretty until you got up close. The staff was nice and food was great. It did have free shuttle busses that took you all over the local area.

I did not like the room, it was musty and had mold in the ceiling, it has water damage around the ac vent which they just painted over it. It wasn't good for my lungs. We had a lizard living in the room with us, his name was Lenard. The view was horrible

In a golf property complex,close enough to beaches,community malls are 5 minutes ride,spacious place,quiet rooms. Upscale neighborhood inside complex.

Not many restaurants by foot but there is kitchenette inside the room and restaurants nearby within 5 minutes ride.

Huge apartment with kitchen and separate guest room. Good pool with the slides, green area, polite staff.

As a solo traveler I have been assigned to the farthest room in the corner with the plain view from the window on the first floor. The breakfast looked not that fresh, especially salads and croissants. Not many options. From my experience in different hotels, didn’t worth 350 THB for what was provided. Not many onsite entertainment besides one big pool.

Tired in need of decoration . Noisy - plumbing system can be heard from rooms above . Qatar flight crews leaving early morning and noise from the bags dragging across the floor woke us up several times (5am)

Close to some nicer hotels. Very fun slide in the swimming pool.

Kids club is very badly maintained. Buffet is very so so. Room is spacious but quite old styled. Not much facility in the hotel.

Friendliness, helpful & hardworking of all the staff. Big rooms. Hotel cleansing was spot on.Fabulous views of the golf course and lakes.

Breakfast: less options for breakfast and the buffet area is quite small as so many people in the area without comfortable space to move around.. I suggest the hotel to upgrade the breakfast choices and location.Bathrooms: highly consumed and some clogged sinks Living room light: the room is very dark in the night. The whole apartment are deemed when it comes to light. It was not comfortable for my family

Extremely poor breakfast. Never seen in my life ever.Staff very calm at first but become aggressive after when smth goes not on the their rule.When option of using Angsana facilities was turned off then the value for money of Homm become low.

Great location, love laguna area, breakfast was quite and smooth, even a hotel was full but it was nice and peasant atmosphere. We had some trouble with a room but assistant of GM organized very quickly change a room what was great since we was with a toddler

It was a nice property along the golf course with a really big room.

Was a bit expensive for what the room was. But I am aware that the area is expensive.

The rooms were beautiful and we loved having a separate lounge area and kitchen, plus balcony.The staff were so helpful and friendly. Kids loved the pool slide, plus we were given passes to visit a sister-hotel and transport there and back.Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices.

Lovely fully furnished and serviced 2 bedroom suite. Great location. Part of Banyan Tree and Angsana Group so had access to great amenities. Staff were lovely. Property is a little dated and run down but that is part of its charm and why it is much cheaper than other comparable properties. Staff were lovely. Can catch the free shuttle to nearby places to eat, shop, visit the beach etc. lovely breakfast each day. We stayed for 9 days so obviously we ate a lot of the same thing but it was always fresh and delicious. Kids loved the donut selection each morning.

Wifi dropped out a lot and was inconsistent. Pool was undergoing maintenance and while we had access to other properties this sometimes changed last minute

- The breakfast options were very low.- They gave me a room on the second floor with a moderate view as it was covered by big trees.

The hotel offers beautiful views of the golf course, and the grounds are well-maintained. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. It's also nice that you can visit other hotels within the complex and enjoy their facilities at no extra charge. However, there is no kids' club at this hotel, only a children's room that also needs renovation. The kids' club at another hotel in the complex comes with an extra charge.

The hotel gives off a very outdated impression. It's immediately noticeable that many things are in need of repair. The doors are warped, some are broken, and tiles around the pool are falling off. The waterslide is cracked and long overdue for a fresh coat of paint and general maintenance. Because of this, I wouldn't rate this hotel four stars—three at best. In our room, the kitchenette was very poorly furnished, with only minimal fittings, and there was no microwave. Additionally, the room had a very strong smell of mold and something rotten, which was unpleasant. The interior itself also leaves much to be desired.
