Siralanna Phuket Hotel

Staff were friendly. That¿s all to it. Location is ok.

The room is not fit to rent out and they still did. - totally broken off shower handle and unfinished bathroom - chain lock had only 1 screw securing to the wall&that came off - one manager told me shuttle to airport is 200B and the other charged 250B

The location is the property is great. Restaurants, massage places and 7 Eleven was walking distance. The beach is also very close by.

The property was not upto our expectations. The bedsheet had red ants and some white powder was coming out of it; upon complaining they changed it but still its was not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were moving and you could hear everything if someone was talking in the corridor.

The staff offered me early check in since the room was ready earlier, she was very decent and helpfulLocation is good tooRoom is spacious with a nice balcony and clean restroom

Bed is too hard

The location is great . Walkable to everything . To the Main Street and mall and beach about 15 mins or so

My room has poor aircon!!!!!! And must checkout before 12 pm . No other arrangement

Housekeeping reliable and helpful

The big fight on arrival about room deposit that was not pre notified. That there was no breakfast even available. The lounge and bar being a ghost town

The location is great and the stuff

The hotel and the room is full of mosquitoes. Ever time I wake up in the morning I have new mosquito bite even though I kept the windows closed during my stay. The bed was very hard and not comfortable.The A/C was very load. You can hear the people staying in the next room screaming day and night. Even when they move the furniture.

Convenient location for me. NOT close to the beach, and although the alley provides a little respite, still plenty of noise from motorbikes and the nearby big street. Close to the Bangla Market

looking for happening place to stay in phuket? yes this hotel is the right choice. food stalls, restaurants, sundry shop, souvenir shop etc just a walking distance . nice & clean room. super friendly staff.

It was close to shops, malls, beach, everything was in walking distance.

Very old building, old amenities, quite a dark building, and the room wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived but they do provide excellent housekeeping on a daily.

It's a very comfortable place close to all the action of Patong. We could walk to all the main places, cafes and bars. You feel very safe as its in a good location. Good value for money.

The bathroom is a bit dated, needs a reno.

Location is okay, around 20min walk to Patong Beach and Jungcelon & Bannza Market.

A Thai furnished hotel, but the bathroom is too old, you cannot even take a shower as the water is too little. The sink seems have a leak too. The worst is the air-con, like a bomber spinning above your head, too noisy to fall asleep. I found the mosquito blood and stains on the bed sheet, I told the staff to come, she said they cannot clean them, so I asked her to give me a new sheet at least. She said no one can help you to change it, so I changed the new one by myself.

Ac compressor on the balcony was very loud in room 308. Room had a funny smell too.

I was staying at a hostel dorm but needed a private room after getting food poisoning and this hotel was cheap and gave me the space I needed to recover from my illness. They also gave me a cute keychain after checkout which was very sweet.

The room was incredibly dirty. The whole place needs renovated. Cobwebs and dust everywhere. No microwave, no coffee/tea. The linens were ripped up and stained. I don’t always check for bugs, but with the state of this room, I did. I was surprised to find there was no fitted sheet nor was there any kind of mattress protector. I didn’t find any bugs but the mattress was covered in stains and made sleeping on it quite unappealing. The hotel itself is very far from the action and is down a side street that didn't make me feel very safe as a solo female. Also the balcony with a view faces the other hotel/apartments, so the view is just someone else’s room, which again didn’t make me feel safe as a solo woman. Every now and again a large truck will go by and it is very loud, which I didn’t mind because I’m used to city noises, but if you’re not you may find this annoying. Also this room is DARK, it’s hard to really capture it in photos but even with all the lights on it’s super dark. The shower water never fully got hot, only lukewarm, even after running it for a while. The bathroom/shower area itself looks very cool in photos with the concrete wall and tiles but in reality it just looks dirty and unclean. I’m very surprised with all the positive reviews of this place. I would not stay here again. I don’t mind staying in a crappy hotel every once and a while but I’d rather be closer to the main areas if I am.

Value for money. Location was convenient, had restaurants, money exchange, saloon, pharmacy and 7 eleven around. Neighborhood is quiet.

The reception ladies were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.The housekeepers were the same, the room was immaculately clean and welcomimg. The hotel had many authentic Thai touches that added warmth and interest.

Omg, this hotel is so amazing. Best experience in thailand ever. Kwang and Nai are so amazing. Two most beautfil and kind girls in Thailand. Very kind and very helpful with any questions... The service is excellent. The cleaning to o the rooms. Just very nice people ans great great service.Reception ia very welcoming and helping you with all of your concerns. They should get a raise in salary, because their work is outstanding. ? Also the night shift man very nice. Great service.
