- Comfy beds, good sized rooms. Amazing location, I got upgraded to a room with a balcony. 5min walk to the beach. The breakfast smells good but my schedule didn't allow me to try it. Shops and services are walking distance, with a reasonably priced food stand in front of the hotel, and 711 with freshly grilled seafood right across the street.Staff were very kind and accommodating. Free daily beach towel. You can pick them up and drop them off at the reception, just sign in the beach towel book when you take them out.

The manager was pretty careless and kind of rude, the check-in was partial: no information about Wi-Fi, beach towel (at 10am only), breakfast, nor anything.When arriving in the supposedly upgraded deluxe room, the shower handle was broken, the toilet hardly flushed, the shower drain was half clogged and there was a whole in the ceiling. Also, there was a no hair dryer (I had to ask for it).

-i changed the date of my staying for 1 more night, hotel charged me double (i paid 8thousand batt for all time), when i add 1 more night, hotel charged me 8000thousand more. Even tho i understand that i was in hurry, and accepted it online, booking couldnt help me, hotel itself didnt want to help at all. price for 1 night on their website is 3500batt , same if you pay offline(have a picture from reception)-very loud, bars closes at 2am before that you can hear everything-no lift, you will need to take your heavy suitcases by yourself -very loud AC

Good buffet breakfast
location right on a busy very noisy street, full of Russian tourists, we couldn't wait to get away and were grateful it was only 1 night. the aircon didn't work and it took staff 2 hours back and forward to get it working, keeping us up till 10pm, instead of just moving us to a new room
walking distance to the beach
the balcony didn’t overview the sea like I expected, instead there were neighbors so I couldn’t even go outside. Also I had issues the first night which I HOPE was a ghost or else that’d mean someone was roaming outside the room and that there were some electricity issues that woke me up at night.

The bar in front of the hotel is playing good music until later hours but we didn't mind it. We slept well.. I guess it depends on how well you can sleep at night. If you need total silence I recommend earplugs. But i slept like a baby without.
