The pool and location is quite good

There was a bit of smell from the toilets and perhaps just may be our room ? They did offer alternative room but given it was pur last day we did not want go through the effort of changing

The spacious room, private pool access, and quiet atmosphere were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location is a bit far from the main street and beach, which required transport. Wi-Fi signal was weak in some areas.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the room — absolutely 10 out of 10! Stepping right out of the room and directly into the pool area was a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Our kids had a blast, spending most of their time splashing around in the pool — they truly enjoyed it the most. Breakfast was also a treat, with an egg station and a nice selection of fresh fruits and pastries to start the day.

At times, the pool wasn’t cleaned properly — grass cuttings often fell directly into the water, and no one seemed to be around to clean up after the lawn was mowed. The wall tiles around the pool also looked a bit worn, though that wasn’t a major issue. The resort is located a little away from the main road, so tuk-tuks are hard to find. However, this distance does offer a peaceful atmosphere, making it ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the market.

Size of the room is great. Two bathrooms is definetly a big plus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaned the room very thouroughly.

Sometimes cars of other guests were parked chaotically leaving very tight spaces for other cars to come through. The breakfast could be a bit more varied. More fruits probably. Muesli with some nuts and dried fruits also would be welcome.

Broken spa, Broken door locks, bath spout broken. Power point loose and hanging of wall. Breakfast food terrible. Toooo many steps to get to the room. Plus the hill to navigate

The suite room was beautiful and very spacious it had been recently renovated.

Ongoing MAJOR workE around most of the hotel all day wasn't relaxing due to the extremely loud noise level.DONT KNOW WHY THEY ARE STILL TAKING BOOKINGS FOR THIS HOTEL IF I KNEW I WOULDNT HAVE BOOKED!!!!!! This spoilt my so called relaxing holiday don't waste your money if you want relaxation.

Water was off at least 6 times, the last being when I had just got in the shower to get ready to go out for my birthday - we were told 30 minutes to turn it back on which meant I had to go out without getting showered

The staff are very friendly

The hotel is under renovation, noise from construction. The breakfast was so poor , one time had Ans in the serial .

It fit us all in and was so clean and really comfortable.

The stairs. There were barely any utensils in the kitchen. I bought a toaster, sponges, knives,breadboard,baking tray for oven and tea towels. Didn’t like certain Europeans who took all the watermelon and loaves of bread everyday.

Our room was spacious and we loved the private rooftop with hot tub, outdoor shower and sun loungers.

Breakfast was a bit limited

My Room was very nice. Room Service was good, Good Breakfast Facilities, Friendly and Helpful Staff.

The whole facility requires some maintenance. Looking very tired, didn't match the photos. My room Safe was not bolted down. Door lock to my room was loose. Not enough deck chairs or umbrellas. In my whole 18days as a resident the poolside bar did not appear to be lit up or open for business

Location nice walk back from beach through village

First room floors walls bed damaged. Outside sitting area of room was not inviting to sit two people. Very tiny. At least they changed our room which was much better. Staff at reception not friendly and welcoming didn't really understand simple requests. Resort looked tired run down No atmosphere. Roof top bar wasnt attended and not really sure if opened and no umbrellas put up as no shade up there. Beer price 120 baht everyone else 80 to 90 baht. Breakfast was underwhelming. Eggs just stacked up and looked disgusting. Juice was awful and coffee was so strong. Overall wouldn't stay there again. Not value for money compared to others.

We ask to leave the baggage in the hotel 1 week after we checked out, cause we had a flight 23:00. They allowed us to do that.

Hotel is not so fresh, there are things that need to be repaired, but on scale price/quality it’s Ok.

Lovely staff all round very helpful. Hotel it's self was in quite location .

Hotel is situated on a very steep hill lots of steps to climb around the complex so very unsuitable for PWD. Hotel needs a good refurbishment its outdated and definitely not 4 star. Housekeeping could be better sheets changed more often.

Nothing. This is far from 4 starts property standard.

Location - very far from the beach, service, property -very basic, issues with the window and the safe and we were stuck in the flat waiting for them to fix the issues, breakfast very poor - no choice.

The staff was very kind. The location is good, not too far from the beach and main streets.Our apartment was very spacious and very convenient for our family with two children.

The only thing was the smell of garbage from somewhere near the hotel. Please notice that it wasn't constant but sometimes, depending on the direction of the wind, we could feel it quite bad.
