Karon Princess Hotel SHA EXTRA Plus

We came here the second time and experience was amazing. Thanks for the staff, they are doing a great job. Breakfast was very delicious and various.

The second time we got a room in older building than the first time. But it was ok, room clean and we received more than enough for what we've paid. 10/10

Warm and caring staff from the manager to everyone, food and cleaning staff. When we had an issue, they resolved it satisfactorily with care and attention. I also like that we were close to the beach and we had great views from the balcony.

Overall, we were happy but the distance from the City and airport was a bit challenging.

We found staff friendly and helpful and the facilities clean. Was disappointed with breakfast as food was mostly cold in the Bain Maries all the time. The pool bar only operated one day that we went to the pool and the variety of drinks was limited.

Location was good.

Room was very dated & needs modernising shower was a bit rusty looking

very clean, they didnt refuse anytime what we asked for, especially beach towelsgreat location

breakfast could be better

Location room pool area

Staff didn't understand any English, tv didn't work properly breakfast was always cold

Great location, good breakfast. The sea is right across the road. Spacious rooms, not new, but clean.

We ordered “garden view room” - that means we expected to see a garden from our window. BUT actually there is a view to another hotel (if you mean some palms under the word “garden” - I would say this is NOT a garden).

Very good hotel on Karon Beach, staff was absolutely perfect very nice, friendly and professional. Best reagardsSewerynps. sorry for losing the room key :DDD

Good location and the room was quite spacious

A bit pricey

Location near the beach and near the small shops and restaurants

Take long walks to reach my roomThe pool is very small

Location being bang on the Beach with Nearby Local Souvenir Shops, Resturant. Seems to be an old hotel, yet maintenance have been superb. Breakfast spread was good, a mix more of English and some good Thai Food.

Rooms are not sea view, mostly all are garden view. The room and bathroom fittings are old fashioned, I didn't mind though, but if you are quite finicky, it may matter.

Good location, decend clean room, big and clean pool, nice employees.

Close to a small night market, it can get very noisy in the evening-night. In the room without the air conditioner on, it was a strong smell of mold. The breakfast is not ideal except for the omelette and some fresh fruits

The hotel is next to the beach.

The door don"t close properly and it's very noisy. The breakfast is poor, no many choices and mainly dedicated for russian people.

Very clean and great staff

The Air conditioner, it’s to loud when is on

Friendly Staff, the beach is a cross the road, a couple of street food place next door (always packed)

Not much to do around, no bars, restaurants for people who would like to have fun. It’s was a quiet area which worked for us

Honestly, the price you pay for a 3 star was just above equal. It was nice, the breakfast was standard not continental but standard. Plus I love my ranges of cheeses nothing was available. There should have more hot food variances. However on a tight budget they did managed well.

No bathroom pedite. There should be more toilet paper.

Good size room. Good pool. Good breakfast. Two free bottles of water each day. Great location

Shower overflows onto floor. Bathroom could do with update. Bed was a rock. Two king singles used to make a double was uncomfortable when sleeping in the middle.

Good location for walking to the beach compare with other bigger hotel in KAron. Old room but clean and big.

Wifi too slow

Good location ,so clean and perfect price

Fine place for a short stay close to the sea (just across the road) and a food market (outside the hotel). The bathroom was a bit outdated and the shower didn't function properly but the room was clean, spacious and comfy. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and breakfast. Outside the hotel you have travel corner for booking trips.
