Great Location, near the Old Town

The floor was soaking wet and the room was quite dirty. Further, there was a musty smell in our room. The breakfast was also not worth the value, since they used tons of butter to fry the omelette/egg.

Clean and very spacious. Great shower pressure. Elevator. 2 water bottles per day. Nice swimming pool. Kind and helpful front desk personnel. Quiet at night.

I liked everything.

Super basic accommodation with balcony. Big room but nothing in it haha lots of empty space. Best hotel gym I've ever been to though. A bit of a walk from the night life but still only a walk away. Pharmacy and laundry across the street, 7 eleven a walk away. Good balcony but no seating.

The included facilities were great. Nice pool, HUGE gym attached(no AC in gym) room was huge with an outdoor sink and a big wet shower. There's also a nearby park with a nice walking path

The location was a bit far from oldtown and its activities. however the grabs are cheap in this area.

We arrived in the late evening and successfully checked in because the reception is open 24/7. Be ready to leave 500 baht deposit by cash upon check in!The room is spacious and clean, including fresh bed linens and towels. A large bed, wardrobe, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, and a teapot with a couple of cups are provided.You can find a cafe and a restaurant in the building opposite, as well as several markets and other cafes nearby.

We met a few minor issues with the room’s equipment, but really it doesn’t matter.The main issue was a noise from the neighbours, who came out their room and being at common hall at night. So, soundproofing could be better.

I am often here. Its a perfect hotel. You have everything, a big gym, a resteraunt, a pool and friendly stuff!

Everything was great, location and staff:) the bed was really hard but that’s more upto personal preference was completly fine for two nights:)

Great and cheap place. Only con was shower head was pretty much non usable. Great location, great staff and pool

Gym and pool was a plus and the clean rooms.

Was really far away from night markets so will need to take grab or rent a moped.

The staff, particularly, Isaac was super helpful. He made sure that everything is in place

There was no wheel chair as requested. Also, the rooms were not ready till about 2.40 PM despite a request for early check in

The staff was really nice and efficient, room service would take less than 15 mins to come in after ordering and they were really accommodating.The room were really big and the bedding furniture really confortable, the balcony sink was a nice addition and the bathroom was really spacious as well, a great room for the value, we really recommend S.B.Living Place !

The AC wouldn’t work unless the key was plugged in and we were only given one key, so the room would be quite hot after a day outside - easily fixed though

The room was huge. :) It also included a private balcony with a sink and running water. The property had a front and back street access. It was a 10 minutes walk to Old Town and the neighborhood had good local restaurants which were on the cheaper side compared to Old Town. The staff were helpful. Bonus point, the lobby had a massage chair and a swimming pool that did not smell like chlorine.

For some unforeseeable circumstance, our air condition leaked water which was annoying.

Good location for old town as long as you can ride a bike. Enjoyed the gym and the pool.

SB is a typical Thai hotel, glossy in the pictures but needs a big revamp. Definitely needs some TLC but over all better than most.

The gym and pool were great and it’s in a fairly ok location. The rooms were huge and spacious

The room is huge and a big and comfortable bed! Good shower too! there is a pool with sunloungers plus a gym, restaurant and spa. Very short distance to monkey hill and to the old town!

There wasn't as much variety at breakfast as we have experienced at other hotels but the food for hot and well cooked

Location was good, Room was good and the property overall was good.

We were not greeted properly and woman on counter told us that she was busy although she was doing nothing at all and delayed our checkin time. She was very rude and uncooperative, we had the worst check in experience.

Location and comfortable. Clean and was quiet as well. Perfect after a long day of travel touring..

However, I do not understand why all resorts/ accomodation in Phuket do not provide have conditioners...do you not use them for hair in Thailand. My hair was so crispy each time after a tour/outing as usually a late arrival to hotel and no conditioner. Was not pleased.

Liked everything, especially the staff which were very friendly. The location is good, many restaurants in the area.

The breakfast could use some changing, there is some choice for what you would like to eat, but the choice doesnt change on a day to day situation. The beds were a little hard for our taste.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when I first checked in, had drainage issues on my balcony which was sorted the same day when I pointed it out, spacious and clean room great value for money , free gym and pool too for guests who stay!

The doors and walls were thin so could be quite noisy at times, no guttering so when it did rain for a day all you could hear was water dripping outside the door

This hotel must have seen some glory days 20 years ago but now it looks and is old with not so much maintenance going on. If you don't have any other choice it's ok but it's pricey for what it provides. The staff can't speak English very well (as in all Thailand) We had purchased a room with a view, and instead we got a view of the inner stairs. We asked to change but couldn't understand each other.Also something for booking to learn: don't add things with extra costs that don't exist!
