Hotel Midtown Ratsada

Friendly and helpful staff. They gave us an amazing restaurant recommendation, hotel employee which was the best food we had in Thailand. This is a great place to stay, amazing location. The price is so low I was skeptical, but was super impressed.

staff were very attentive accomodating and kind, this was more room than i expected, i slept in the child bay window bed, the gym was very good while i waiter for my room as was the pool

This property is located in the center of activity in Old Town. The location was great!

There is a list of every item in the room and how much you will owe if it is damaged…right down to the glasses, towels, and paint on the walls. Some of the items on the list were not provided, like wash clothes. Housekeeping cleaned daily but they were inconsistent in providing water for the three of us. We cannot drink the water from the sink so it is customary for the hotel to provide water to simply brush your teeth or make coffee.

Well kept, centrally located and relatively well priced. The staff is very service oriented and acommodating.

Breakfast was OK but no real juices.

The location is perfect just in the middle of the old town of Phuket. The room was very nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom was also very nice with all the amenities that we needed. The staff was very polite and always smiling. The breakfast was good.

In the lobby the air conditioning wasn't working all the time and when you come back from the heat of the streets and enter the hotel, you don't cool yourself.

Noisy surroundings plus sound isolation and proofing is suboptimal. If you plan to go to bed before 00:00 and have a fall asleep, you're gonna be disappointed.

The breakfast was very good and the selection, variety of food was good and exceeded my expectations! I had asked the hotel desk clerk for a good rate if I should return to Phuket. She obliged, & offered me a very generous discounted rate, for 1/2 day, on my last day in Thailand. I was very pleased! The overall value for your money is very good! I easily saved between $150 to $250 on my stay in this hotel.

It was very noisy in the hallway, in the evening! There were periods that you could hear children crying and dogs barking, especially late at night, when I was trying to sleep! Fortunately, this normally only lasted for about 20 to 30 minutes. The air conditioning was blowing directly on me, while I was sleeping. The AC vents need to be on the other side of the room. The beds were small, but fairly comfortable. These are the reasons why I only rated the hotel very good & not excellent.

The location, the size of rooms, staff was great. Walking distance to Old Town. Great 1-2 night stop over from a long flight.

The hotel is very convenient location with parking lot that you can park on the floor you stay. However, the room is pretty basic but big and clean.

They provided only 2 small water bottles per day. Compare to the price, I feel like they should have provided more.

Executive suite was spacious and neat and clean.

I really love everything! After 10 days traveling and staying in different hotels, this one really stands out! Super clean, super modern, beautiful, and very nice staff! They arranged pur transfer to the airport, and were always very helpful.

Loved the location, very walkable! Liked the way the hotel looked and the room was a very good size. Pool was nice and property seems well looked after. They left us the sweetest Anniversary design in our room! The staff was knowledgeable and kind. I really liked the book inside of the room that shared the history of the hotel. The bed was MASSIVE!!! They left a cute design our bed that we really appreciated! Very close to pier for ferries and speed boats. About 40 mins from airport.

Breakfast was a bit boring, parking lot view was a bit sad. It felt to be lacking an atmosphere.
