The decor was very soothing.

The hotel had a deal at the spa but because I was travelling alone they wouldn't honour it for me. The power went out several times and there was a slight odour in the room that wouldn't dispell.

The unit was nice and big. Lots of 4pm to move around.

Mt wife and i really like this hotel.

The pools are really nice

Breakfast was not a Thai 5 star hotel, kids club has limited stuff and not a lot of activities and closes at 5pm, location is far from Main Street but good tuktuk service

The facility is good, room was new and clean

The location is not very convenient, buggy to main gate was good, but the shuttle to kata beach is only 3 times a day, not enough considering the price of this hotel

The swimming pool facilities were unique and impressive.

The two bottles of water provided by the hotel weren’t enough, and when I tried to buy more, the price was surprisingly high. Although the restaurant said the ice was safe to consume, it looked quite dirty.

Room furniture to be upgraded a bit

The hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel but fell far from it when comparing with other 5 star hotels in Thailand. The breakfast was bad quality, you can barely find something normal to eat. The rooms do not have a bath which makes it difficult with young kids and the main pool and facilities are bare and not as nice as in the pictures. The hotel is a far walk to the Main Street but there are golf carts that can take you to the street. We checked out earlier as it did not serve our needs as a family and the hotel refused to return our money, even though the issues were stated within 24 hours.

Lots of pools. Food was nice but expensive, same food could be got down the road for less than half the price.

The swim up rooms while a great novelty it meant your room was left open if you choose to leave your room this way for a swim. I would suggest a key code method to lock the room. Also, there are no numbers on the rooms from the pool side and people were going to the wrong rooms mistakenly before they realised. The ‘sports bar’ never had any sports on. It was closed at 10pm and therefore there was nowhere to have an evening drink if you returned from being out in the town. It really lacked any atmosphere. The staff didn’t clear up any used glasses around the pool until late in the evening so if you didn’t arrive to the pool until later it was difficult to find a clean bed/table. Food was lovely but totally over priced, which meant people didn’t eat there and went down the town. Spa was also 3 times the price of everywhere else.

They upgraded us to the most luxury villa which was an amazing high point of our stay in Phuket. Staff were friendly and house keeping were great.

I experienced a large number of bites which we now believe to be bed bugs. Also there was not much choice for English people at breakfast!

We like Kata area. It was the second time we go to this hotel. We liked the pool of this hotel. We liked the behavior of the staff. We liked the cleanliness of this room.

You can't go by motorbike to the main hotel parking near the room - breakfast was ordinary, not very good - when I booked I chose the option to pay on site which was 10% more expensive, but the hotel charged the card without my knowledge, which was unprofessional and they didn't refund this extra 10% even when I checked in! And not being informed to pay on the spot, I changed the dollar to baht to pay the fee and I lost 453 dollars from this hotel!!

Great location set back from the noise of the main street. Good pool. However the air-conditioning system in the room was very poorly setup. Kept turning off, in 3 days we had to call Reception 4 times to have it turned back on again - very frustrating.

Great location, close to everything.The private villa compound was a lovely oasis amidst a larger oasis. The kids ( there were 8 of us with 4 kids), loved the pools and the swimming areas were gorgeous. Lots of kids club activities every day as well. The rooms in the villa were huge and beautiful and the bathrooms were gorgeous.We loved having our own private pool as well, surrounded by beautiful frangipani trees. The private compound had 3 separate villas in it that ringed around the pool and it was perfect for our big group.

For the price we paid, including breakfast would have been great.

Location is away from the beach, Ok to walk & they do have a golf cart service

Upper pool temperature... it's cold. Distance from rooms to lobby is quite a walk. Drinks are overpriced by any standards. Not within true walking distance of anything.

The hotel was designed well, they had thought it through with extra power points, power points with USB charging plugs, different shower options, like waterfall or standard shower head. Double sinks. They also had a 24/7 service Buggy to pick up and drop off guests to the main road. Breakfast options were great, well worth the 600 baht.

Things that they can improve, the lighting in the room was a bit of a let down, not as lit up in some areas. The air conditioning being shut off if balconey doors open was a bit annoying, had to keep calling reception to turn on. Not many movie channels on the TV. Not many cocktail options like other hotels. Also just be careful with their booking.com app, they tend to send links for you to make payment they may be hacked. I had Metadee tell me to pay the full accommodation via a secure link otherwise booking will be cancelled but when I called their reception they said that it's not cancelled I can come to pay when checking in.

Room was very spacious, comfortable beds, I liked his & hers vanity in the bathroom. We had access to the pool area, which was nice! Staff were very friendly & helpful. We stayed 3 nights, very close to everything & the shuttle to & from the main street was a bonus as you need after a long day of walking

The only negative was that it was way overpriced $500+ a night, maybe worth $250 for thailand & even that is a lot

Extremely comfortable rooms and great facilities with very helpful staff! They even offer “the waiting room” on departure, a great space to shower/change after checkout and before your flight.

A great hotel but give the breakfast a miss.

Very nice rooms.

Pool water is freezing!The aircondition also make you an ice cube.There is no towels on the pool.You have to fight for towels in generally.And the staff has an I don t care attitude.They are so not 5 star.This is not a 5 star hotel.

Fancy facilities but bad service which is a pain point of staying in a highend hotel

Long waiting while check in. No response while asking for additional hair conditioning. Wrong bedding type and reluctant staff helping moving the room. Facilities are open limited especially sauna
