Staff very friendly and service oriented. Pool was amazing.

Some staff members did not speak english. The shower too small and only had partial curtain. Water pressure was fair. Great for relaxing. Need own vehicle or taxi to go outside resort.

We had a nice stay here. Staff were fast to help when we had an air-conditioning issue. Pool was lovely and we had the best massage of our trip here! (You need to pre book the massage, but well worth it)!!

The location, resort, food and staff were excellent. We enjoyed our time. It is a beautiful resort and not to busy.

There is nothing really that we didn't like. We just had to remember not to put toilet paper into the toilet, but there is a lot of other places in Thailand that ask the same thing.

The property had 2 pools- one in shade ( very valuable around 12 h) and with ocean view.

The beach was dirty and when the tide was low, it wasn’t a good idea to swim.

Great pool set in a really pretty landscape. The two sisters who run the hotel are wonderful and super helpful with information. The breakfast had a good selection and was good value for the money. The private beach you have access to was 3 minutes across the street. The main beach is about 10-15 mins away with good restaurants to choose from. I liked thefact that it was not a real touristy area. The rooms are large with a nice large balcony.

A bit far from the town, maybe 25 mins but not a game changer.

The room was adequate for my needs. I was only there for two days. The restaurant, grounds and pools are quite nice. The outdoor seating in front of the room is a nice feature.

The bathroom was dimly lit and the room could use a refresh/modernization.

We didn’t get chance to go in the property after being verbally abused by a member of staff in the car park

It's not brand new but the location was great just a short walk to the shops or quick taxi ride to Old Phuket Town 400 Bht if I remember correctly

My friend and I stayed here for five nights in early May 2025, and it was honestly one of the best value-for-money stays we’ve had in Phuket. Our room was spacious and clean, the pools were well maintained, and the breakfast was tasty with good variety. The staff were also kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The only downside was the location—it’s a bit far from Phuket Town and main attractions, so getting around without a scooter or car can be a bit tricky.

This hotel is so peaceful with lots of plants and prime location, beachfront! The restaurant food was amazing and staff friendly! Room was spacious and comfortable, highly recommend!

I loved the quiet location and the swimming pool overlooking the sea. The breakfast was also very nice.

The pool area and restaurant were excellent. Really felt like we were at a fancy resort.

Our stay was marred by the fact that the staff double booked our Oceanside Villa and were only able to offer us a partial Oceanview Villa. The staff member lied to us about why it was not available and only after repeatedly challenging her story did the truth come out. The lying upset us more than the problem. It left a very poor taste in our mouths.Also, the supposed gym room was basically not there. Non useable and broken equipment was pushed into a corner. I could not use it.

The location is a bit out of the way of the Main Street of Chalong, near the pier, but it was very peaceful and relaxing. Both pools were lovely. The breakfast was great and we ate at the restaurant for dinner as well. All meals were great. Staff were beautiful and friendly. There are also plenty of places to eat, the yacht club is in walking distance and there is a great seafood restaurant close to the pier which is a bit of a long walk in the heat. Showers are hot and the rooms have all that you need.

We booked two rooms, a twin room for the teens and a double for us adults. I had asked for them to be close but they weren’t. Also they were very particular about loss or breakage and will charge for a broken glass or something. There is very little beach side here.

Place (lobby & pool) were very nice and breakfast was good. Room service was great.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Kept awake all night from people sitting outside smoking directly outside our room and no noise was kept out. Aircon barely worked for the size of the room and room itself was below average.

We booked family room and it was huge,with 2 room,the room had a lovely view out to sea/harbour.breakfast was fine with usual buffet food thai and european with a chef standing by to cook fresh eggs/omlettes at request,2 good size pools with 1 pool looking out over the sea with terrace on sea front which had sun all day long,staff were polite and friendly and very helpful,room came with tea/coffee making facility,fresh water each day and all condiments for showering and taking a bath

The view out one of the side windows was of a filthy litter filled boggy stream that looked like out of deli slums so never opened those curtains,although its close to shops resturants its situated down a long lane with no lighting at night so would take a good 15mins to get on to high street but we hired motorbike taxis for about 30bht(80p)buildings do look a bit dated on the outside but totally fine,main let down was happy hour 2-1 cocktails by the pool which tasted of very weak alcohol

Fantastic spot with amazing views, good restaurant and swimming pools. Great for the family and easy access to diving activities.

The water pressure was a bit weak on the 2nd floor although the sea view made up for it.
