Tinidee Golf Resort @ Phuket

It was in a quiet area. So I thought.

Deluxe room is next to bank of 10 air cons. Very noisy. Not just one room. All Deluxe rooms are end of buildings. Could not sleep one wink. Booked four nights, could only handle one. And not handled well.

Awful experience,never again!Our stay was terrible. None of the staff spoke a single word of English, and they were completely irresponsible. They did absolutely nothing about our complaint, one guy even yelled at and harassed me, and the front desk didn’t seem to care at all or have any information about him!The internet was awful and kept disconnecting all the time. The location was also terrible, far from everything in Phuket and nowhere near any attractions.Even the breakfast was a disappointment. The menu was extremely poor, and they even charged extra for a simple piece of toast! The staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional.This hotel doesn’t deserve to be called a 4-star hotel. Definitely not recommended at all!

Spacious space for spending a lot of time in the two-bedroom suite. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

The private pool in the suite was small, and because of the wind it got a lot leaves in it. Also, breakfast options were limited.

The room is excellent and we had a private pool. The pool cleaning system did not work the first day, and we were transferred to a different room with same facility's. Overall, was nice.

I was in Phuket to play in a golf tournament so location on course was fantastic.I had driven 350KM leaving at 5.15am and arrived before check in time but the hotel gave me early access at no charge.This was greatly appreciated

A Golf resort , I am here with my sons to play golf . We stay here only two nights . The service is excellent . Price is good ..beautiful & clean .. The Restaurant is part of clubhouse ..and it is closed at 06.00 PM. The resort should have a mini shop then we can buy snacks & drinks etc here then we don’t have to go outside the golf property as it is far & you need to call taxi . I like here , it is a beautiful place . If I will be back to Phuket sure I will stay here again . It is peaceful & good value of money .

There are no mini shop here in this property , once the restaurant is closed . I & my sons have to call a taxi to go out to get it at mini mart outside this golf property . The management should think about it as everything is perfect here .

The room space

The hotel is very far away From every thing Olso the service at the hotel restaurant is not good. We ask the waitress -Tussiaea to make changes in our breakfast and she made fun at us with her friendsThis is not ok. We had to go to the front desk and make complaint

Stayed here a few times beautiful settings, clean and helpful staff, the pool is excellent where I laze while my husband plays Golf...

The only down I would say is that the restaurant and bar close early at about 6 pm, so if you are staying at the resort there are no food drink etc. After 6 pm...

Quiet and green location with small lake view. Perfect for golfers, if you have time to play. Gym is good. Few minutes walking distance to bars and 7/11. 15-20 min from elephant sanctuary and Pathong beach. 20-25 min to Phuket town.Attentive and helpful staff.

Rooms are not pre cooled on arrival. Takes time to get AC running. AC fans were loud and vibrating whole time aircon was ON. Breakfast choice is very limited.

Lovely large room, super shower, excellent housekeeping. Staff are wonderful.

There's nothing to write about, can't fault the place

The food is amazing at the restaurant! Also, the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are great as well and my room is fine. The location is quite far from the main road but you can always rent a motorbike (which is very convenient if you want to stay longer in Phuket and you can travel anywhere you want). Overall, my stay has been a pleasure! Would definitely come back :)

This lovely little hotel never ceases to surpass all my expectations with the wonderful staff and golf courses right beside you. The staff are genuinely amazing and cannot do enough to help with whatever problem or issue you may have.Always super friendly and polite, I look forward to staying here very soon again ?

Located on a golf course, the rooms were well equipped with the necessary items needed, the bed was comfortable and the staff friendly, they offered a lovely lunch menu by the pool.This was a secure hotel with amazing views.

The breakfast was very limited and cold.The pool was small and limited sun beds which where taken up quite early.

Breakfast was ok. Location is good. Staff are generally helpful. Bed was very comfy. It is a quiet and serene location, with beautiful gold course, with a background of lovely hills.

The decor and general upkeep of the room looks tired. Its in need of urgent revamp and bring it to current standards. There was no conditioner in the room. When asked from reception, they did not have any. The room smelled like algae (especially when AC was turned on...perhaps AC filters not been cleaned for a while).The golf prices are crazy high. Only a die hard enthusiast can afford.
