I had very nice room , big bathroom.

There are 8 of as stayed at this resort, some of the rooms not as good.

Spacious room with traditional feeling and a big, comfortable bed.Good buffet breakfast with Asian and Western food, with some variety each day. Nice pool. Great location, just across the road from the beach.

There was a bit of dust in some corners, but not a serious problem.

It is very convenient, just in front of Karon beach and many restaurant and shops nearby. I can easily go to Patong and Kata beach. The breakfast is great and lots of options too. Very delicious. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This resort is in a great location since it is so close to the beach. Even though the resort is a little older, it has been well maintained and exceptionally clean. The pool was conveniently right outside my door, and had a swim up bar that had yummy drinks. Great value for money with wonderful meals!

Since the building is on the older side, it doesn't seem as luxurious as the newer resorts.

Not a fan of the breakfast. Things like no cheese was a bit of a let down

All the reviews here talk about how friendly the staff is and that is absolutely correct. The staff are incredibly nice and go above and beyond. The food at this resort is SO good. Genuinely. Spend some time eating here you won't regret it. The location of this resort is amazing. You step out and you're at the beach. There are so many shops and restaurants around that you really can get anywhere on foot. Bangla road is only a 10-15 mins drive away and feels so easily accessible. I think this was the pefect start to our vacation, and we're so glad we booked here.

Look, it's not a plush 5-star but it's very comfortable. The room furniture could be renovated but it's not the end of the world.

The staff, the service, the view, the pool. Complimentary four course meal is Ridiculously generous!!! And delicious!!! The beds: beat beds we've ever slept on.

It was an incredible few days. Nothing to complain about other than the place needs a bit of TLC but zero complaints. Would be back in a heartbeat!

Poor breakfast, bad management which does not manage the noise made by other guests who are sitting in the breakfast area drinking and shouting until morning hours.

It’s very dated and well used and pretty much everything needs updating or refreshing. Leaky shower, and n uncomfortable bed and very noisy and inefficient air conditioning. No bell boys or other staff not as willing to help by comparison to all the other hotels we stayed at over our 3weeks in Thailand

+ staffs were really friendly and helpful.Manager was pretty polite and apologetic as that was there hotel policy to charge the customer twice and she couldn’t do anything.+ breakfast was ok. Not a 4 star quality but Ok.+ security guy is a very nice and professional person. Helped me find a parking spot every-time I needed.+ beach

- to start with, checking in wasn’t very welcoming at all. Firstly they took the whole room charges a day before we even checked in see the email below:[Due to high demand of booking we need to charge your expenses in order to secure your booking .We will process money on your credit card by end of today.]Secondly, they demanded the payment of full amount to be done again during check in.Once I showed my credit card transaction that it’s already been paid yesterday, than they replied that that money will come back to my account in 14 days.It’s like putting a security deposit which will be refunded in 14days.Never seen this before with any hotels I have booked before.- old property so noise from next door or outside is pretty bad.- ants and mosquitoes in the room. - found old hair on curtains.

The swim out room was amazing. When Mattress topper was supplied the bed was excellent.

Smell from the open septic tanks walking to our rooms was not pleasant. No bacon on the Breakfast Buffet when it is in the advertisements.

Overall I was happy, it was my first time at this hotel and I was looked after very well from the moment I came.The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.They gave me a upgrade / room which was a lovely surprise. I will now be looking for the if I visit again.
