- The air conditioner didn’t work properly and was extremely loud which made it difficulty to sleep. We mentioned to staff but due to language barrier not much was done about it.
- I am surprised to see the attitude of the staff at the reception and on the phone call. In Thailand wherever you go upon arrival you are assisted with the luggage to drop in the room but here, the man in the reception was like, carry by yourself. And we were all ladies and kids. It was raining and this guy is walking ahead of us without offering to help. Very Cold Hearted welcome. On top of this they say, if we pay by credit card, I am supposed to pay 3 percent extra. On BookingCom I didn't see this anywhere mentioned. They prefer only cash payment. We have been all around thailand and nobody asks to pay 3 percent extra. Then, what is the use of carrying a credit card.

Everything! Staff was very nice and friendly. They answered all my questions and helped with everything in the room. I love this place and definitely will come back if we travel to Phuket.
The biggest bed I have slept in. Spacious room. Close to the beach. Plenty of good restaurants close by. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment.

Rooms in desperate need of renovation, not adequate shower.Currently the shower is in the bath and very dangerous when stepping out. Had to change rooms as no hot water.

Nice location in Bangtao and very close to the beach and gym. I liked the rooms.
It was a nice hotel However the bathroom shower was quite bad. There is no shower curtain and the showerhead needed cleaning very badly. If you value your shower experience I would say to Skip this place. However the greenery in the hotel and vintage cottages can make up for it. Very friendly staff though.

welcoming team in reception. Nice little room with all you need, very picturesque architecture.Between the 2 rows of flats is a central area with a pool and garden. Gorgeous plants and flowers. Few restaurants/shops nearby, some ok, some the usual touristic ones. The beach is 5-10 min walking from the resort, with lots of options in terms of sunbeds/umbrellas, little shops, restaurants. It's a busy beach with lots of tourists, but is very wide so there is space for everyone
While it's nice to have a pool area, this is often in the shade due to the vicinity of the row of flats, but the beach is really nearby and the pool is mainly used by families with kids.

Breakfast is basically just eggs with small sausage and slice of ham, toast bread and fruits, every day. Bed matresses are too firm. There is not enough seating in house for 4 people. Not enough storage space in rooms.

-There is a shortcut to the beach from the hotel, which only takes about 5 minutes if you do not need to stop by the 7-11 on the way. -The staff is very friendly and provides the nicest service either during breakfast or the daily room service time. -The pool is usually busy, I did not use it. -The Taxi service from the resort is great, the drivers are punctuated and the cars are neat and clean.
-Shower curtains will be helpful to keep the bathroom dry.
