Location was much quieter, and only 10 walk away from the crazy night life. 10 mins to the beach. 7-11 right out front. Lots of restaurants close by.

There were not a lot of receptacles in the room for charging. I just unplugged the tv tho and now I know why it was unplugged when I arrived.

The location, it was quiet although in the center, the staff was nice, smilling, the bed was comfortable.

They have ants in the room, also very small furniture bugs on the table, after I told them they did clean the room and put solution, but the other day I saw again so I put moskitoes sprey on them and they dissapeared. I also saw rats outside the hotel near the garbage. Otherwise the hotel is clean.

A huge thanks to receptionist! She was soo kind and helpful. Whenever I needed something she always helped me. Especially she helped when I was checking out! She let me keep my baggage and even use the bathroom! I’m truly grateful to her!!! Also the room was clean.

Really good hotel with all the tourist spots on the walking distance. Halal food options and souvenir shops in abundance! 10 on 10 for location. The staff keeps the rooms insanely clean! The girl at reception is sweetest.

Good clean reasonably priced accommodation.

No lift might be an issue for some people. Only 3 floors high all the same.

I stayed in two rooms here, they were both very clean. The location is great, walking distance to all the conveniences of the city. The staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the free coffee and water they provide.

Nothing to dislike.

For the price, there is nothing much I should complain about but I was staying at the 4th level with no lift. So it is quite challenging for me to walk up when I am tired.

Walk up can be challenging to some, including me. But I will stay there again if it is on the 2nd level.

The staff were friendly, the facilities clean, and the room was spacious.

I liked the location, bed quality, cleanliness.

Room keys come with a card that has to be put in a slot inside the room for the outlets to work. This made it inconvenient for me because I couldn't charge my devices when I wasn't in the room.View out of the window is terrible.A better TV would be nice. Currently there is like a 15 year old 22 inch tv in the room.

Close to the main strip but far enough away to get a good nights sleep.

The air conditioning was goodAnd the staff took our baggage upstairs which was very helpful.

There was mold inside the bathroom (shower area) and the bed was awful.

The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has a good size, the room was clean, the air conditioning works properly, and it’s in a walking distance to the Bangla Road and the beach. There’s plenty of options for restaurants, pharmacies, 7elevens, and street food close by.

Not about the property itself, but the beach near isn’t the best! So, if you’re planning to spend more time and enjoy the beach in Phuket, don’t stay near the Patong Beach! The beaches towards the south are much better!

Small, cozy, clean hotel with very friendly staff and a pleasant quietness at nights.

We had a good stay at the hotel, The staff were so nice and the location was quiet and not noisy at night, The bed is comfortable Oh and the turkish restaurant in front of the hotel was so good, delicious food

The stairs ? it's fine sometimes but after coming from a long walk, it's so hard to go up 4 levels

It’s very close to the main road but it doesn’t noisy like the Main Street it’s quite and chill place I can say it’s family friendly, the room is nice large and very clean it has a tiny balcony. Wardrobe has everything. Especially if you are visiting in the summer you buy water and the fridge in the room is a saver.

Quiet. Good location. Great value. Nice easy walk to the beach. ATMs and restaurants nearby. Clean

A/C has a little musty smell
