Yes I did not get the room that I paid for. When I checked in the front desk staff both con lied to me and showed me three rooms that were not on floors 4 or 5 where the deluxe rooms are listed in the booking information. My room was on the 3rd floor.

I stayed at TJ Patong Hotel for a few nights. The location is great – close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, with good air-conditioning. Wi-Fi worked fine most of the time. There's no elevator, so be prepared for stairs, and check-in is done via phone or WhatsApp. Overall, good value for money.

I stayed at TJ Patong Hotel for a few nights and had a really good experience. The location is ideal — just a short walk to Patong Beach, Bangla Road, and lots of great restaurants and shops, but still tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxed.

Very good for the price, clean. Staff seems a little overworked although they try their best to help.

Second time here . Great value for the price . And now they have someone in front desk . Nice and comfortable with what you need . And you can also use a pool 300m away . Will be back

Take room with spa bath, which have cold water and not working, so this hotel just SCUMMED me for 100$

The hot water worked perfectly, the bed was comfortable, and the location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel wasn’t great. There was no reception, which made check-in and communication quite inconvenient. The swimming pool and breakfast are located in another hotel, requiring a walk, which wasn’t ideal. Housekeeping also skipped cleaning for up to three days during my stay.The lack of an elevator was especially inconvenient, particularly if you have a larger suitcase. Additionally, people were smoking inside, and the smell would often reach my room. Sometimes, toiletries were forgotten, and the one-way airport shuttle service was a bit limiting.The safe deposit box in the room didn’t work, the hot tub was out of service, and the TV reception wasn’t clear. Unfortunately, there was also no hairdryer available in the room, which would have been useful.Overall, there were quite a few inconveniences that made my stay less enjoyable.

The location was near markets and next to motorbike rentals.

No elevator, wasn’t very clean, and the ac was okay. The bathroom also had mold.

It was a 15 minute walk from bangla road.

It was on the top floor. Too many stairs and no elevator. Room had no exhaust. Also bed was uncomfortable and dirty.

The garbage left right in front of the entrance and also by the stairs. Sometimes it was difficult to get past.

I had room at top floor with a nice wiev (at least to me) if was hot water (at short moments when it was water at all:D ) spacy room extra table with two chairs good reception

Most of time it was no water during all my staying sometimes it was no water for 1,2,5 or xx hours coulndt take shower even toilet they know that problem but doesnt looks like trying to solve a guy who was staying before me told me that he has water issues for about 5w already (i was staying for 3w) so problem is over a month at least. Another issue was a wifi at my room it was sto slow that even browsing web was impossible so i was buying sim card for internet. Finally not a issue for me but maybe for someone it wasn’t elevator

Areas close to central and easy to go to the beach

No elevator need to walk upstairs , no reception and the housekeeper not friendly not welcome. I’m stay 2 nights and no cleaning my room until check out

The property is not maintained and it's very dirty and the rooms are stinking with mosquitoes and the staff is very rude - They do not clean the room and toilet and when you speak with boss she was very rude

The location was great. Close to markets, bars, restaurants, etc.The price was good. Wifi signal was good even outside.Had a refrigerator and electric kettle.

No lift. No one there to check us in. We had to message when we arrived.

We were looking forward to the location and basic amenities for the price.

The property was not at all what was advertised. The pictures shown on the website did not match what was reality. We did not get the two balcony rooms we paid for. The balcony was disgusting. Had an old shoe on it and it was the nasty roof of the building with old clothes, trash, and broken plastic items. The stairs up to to our room had dirty towels, a mop bucket, and broom laying around. The walls in our room were dirty and there was mold on the floor and walls in the bathroom. There were cobwebs in the corners and spiders, ants, and bugs crawling around. Our bed and pillow was awful as we slept on boxsprings with no mattress, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. We were also told we had access to a pool which we were never told about and we were supposed to get a breakfast which we never got. The working staff was around very little, offer almost no help when they were present, and when we called trying to get assistance three times, no one answered. The entire experience of less than 24 hours was horrible. We left early and we’re told no refund.

The bed, shower room, fridge and power socket s. And the lights

I booked bigger room with balcony, when I arrived the balcony was not a balcony where ppl can sit, hygiene was questioned. I asked for another room, I was given smaller one without balcony for the same amount. And the fact that I had to go eat breakfast at the sister hotel outside premises. My window view was doves and dove poop.

Beautiful, big, comfortable rooms, helpful and very professional stuff, just amazing stay

Everything was perfect, love this service

Not horribly expensive and the room is spacious

Air conditioner had never been cleaned and I woke up with a very sore throat and cough from sleeping with it on (yes I know this can happen normally however this ac air felt significantly worse than anywhere else I had stayed)

Ants in my room. They travelled from ceiling to neighbors through my room. Cleaning desinsected it some times but that's not enough. Cleaning not do often, near 2 times per week. Noisy street. My windows was in front of the street
