Sino House Phuket Hotel - SHA Plus

Cool building, room was big and spacious, shower was great, really nice having the room cleaned/bed made daily. Highly recommend.

If you’re traveling with kids be careful around the stairs! Our toddler wandered off on our way to the elevator and fortunately went for the stairs rather than through the railing.

Staff was wonderful. Location was very close to Old Town. Plenty of places around for food, coffee, etc. Room was large and comfortable.

The plumbing was finicky, but we’ve ran into that issue everywhere in Thailand.

Quiet location but only a few minutes walk to old town - 7-11 direct opposite - staff are lovely You get what you pay for- this hotel is good value , quiet rooms and good location

Very little- it was good value - the air conditioning is very noisy if I’m being picky

The hotel is well-located, with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

However, the breakfast was a little disappointing. It’s delivered to your room, but you need to place your order at the front desk the day before. The food was just okay.

Its amazing that the room was so spacious, perfect for family and friends! Its also in the heart of Old Town. Bonus points for having a 7/11 and a money changer in front of it!

I’m a bit bummed that the spa closes early.

Loved this place...they gave us an interlinking room with my party..which was great...big rooms, great everything. Its in a 70's square block and not a typical beautiful period construction in keeping with Old Town. But its hidden away behind trees..if u dont look at the outside, its wonderful because the rooms etc are so large. My favourite place so far to stay in Old Town. The only downside was they didnt do breakfast but we went to a place over the road and there are a million coffee shops around. There are 2 delightful places..a tea room amd a sushi restaurant outside too.

The staff were very helpful with check-in and helping us book a taxi upon leaving. We only stayed one night but it was a comfy, clean room.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Large windows let bright daylight in, adding charm to the place. Comfortable bedding, excellent breakfast. Perfect location - can walk to the best spots in old Town. 10 min drive from the pier, so it was great for a short stay before I hopped on to the other islands.

The morning of my stay they had a malfunctioning leaf blower being used for cleaning the premises - about 2 hours of intermittent noise, very loud machine that totally disrupted the peace! Maybe it was a one off, not sure. Otherwise the place is near perfect.

Very close to Phuket old town, the room was spacious that included a microwave, kettle and unlimited soft drinks.Just opposite to 7/11 which is very convenient Pro tip: the massage center is excellent and had a 50% discount for Sino house guest which the reception did not even explain.

The front office could have been better. They are least interested in helping. We had to carry our luggage by ourselves, they refused to refill water at 10.30pm stating there is nobody from housekeeping.

Location, location and location..1 block away from old Town and night markets etc. Make sure get behind the limelight supermarket and eat at the open food court like locals...

The hotel is located close to the old town. The room was quite spacious and neat and clean. Amazing pillows i must say. There is a 711 and laundry service right across the road so it makes your stay pretty much convenient. There is a bus stop outside the 711, bus goes from there every hour to the airport in 100 baht and vice versa). Its close to the limelight mall outside which there is an evening market which has really nice things to eat and some souvenirs to buy. The spa affiliated with the hotel (Raintree Spa) was amazing too.

The hotel doesn't have a pool. The room even though is quite spacious but there is no sofa/couch/lazy chair to sit and relax on rather just a massive wooden platform to sit on i believe, a small dining table with a wooden chair on which you cant really sit comfortably for more than 10 mins. There is no breakfast buffet just a pre set breakfast that they can deliver to your room for like 6 dollars. It's better to go somewhere in the old town and have something better.
