Seven Seas Hotel Patong Beach

Awesome place and location. Outside the lane u can reach the Patong Beach.... Just loved the staff behaviour and everything was absolute sweet and pleasing by them. The accomodation is also good with a nice Balcony facing swimming pool....Just great and people should definately stay here. English Breakfast was also great. No complains at all. Value for money anytime.

Nothing. But property is a bit small and a small pool. But its a compltely good place to save money and if your on a budget tour. A little bit far from Bagla Road but again its far away from all the crowd and noise.

close to everything you need. The beach is right across the street , 7/11 next door . The breakfast was amazing .

The staff at the reception made us wait for too long to hand towels and they werent inefficent to check-in either.

Great location, easy walk to the beach. Breakfast was wonderful, staff were lovely. Very nice/comfortable room, especially for the price.

If you are looking for a budget hotel near Patong beach this is ideal. Great service. Near beach. Excellent breakfast. Basic rooms but cleaned well daily. Small pool but big enough. Great value for money.

This hotel was just a hidden gem, Glad that i found it .Everything was just perfect Staff was very friendly and made us feel home.Food was great too, we love it .This is only hotel which had the family room for 5 pax.we will highly recommend it and visit for your in our next visit...just round the corner you have nice breakfast place called Fugo ..must visit for it view ...Thanks yoy Jor, Dapper and Wah for your Love and support during ur stay ..we enjoyed a lot....:)

The hotel is very good, very cheap and nice, I would recommend this hotel it took my a while to find a hotel that match my expectations and this one did it,

One day we did not take the breakfast because we sleep until late and I ask for one coffee for free as I did not take the breakfast, they just answer me “no we can’t give you” come one

Quiet and bright room (mountain view). Helpful and polite staff (receptionists, cooks, cleaning staff, all of them). The hotel is situated on a secondary street, so it is away from traffic noise and crowds. The free beach towels available at the front desk made the vacation a lot easier. The hotel has a in-house restaurant (making it very convenient when running out of ideas of where to eat) and just 50 meters up the street you can find a well rated, family-run restaurant, as well as a couple of laundry-service shops. The room was clean and well looked after (the cleaning staff makes an outstanding job, 10/10), despite being outdated (see below). Strong and stable WiFi. Overall, the stay here was a pleasant experience and an excellent value-for-money.

The furniture is well out of date and the room looks and feels old - nothing disturbing, but you can see it/feel it from the moment you enter. The cleaning staff does a great job and make the room look & feel newer than it actually is. The breakfast is plentiful but not very diversified. Also, don't get your hopes up for the pool - as the official pictures and description say, it is a small pool and it is not really designed for swimming or sun bathing (but makes up for a great background when eating breakfast).

The staff, the staff, the staff..and then the location. The staff were warm and made me feel like extended family. I especially want to commend Htoo, who welcomed me when I first checked in and made sure I was comfortable. She continued to shower me with warmth over the days. I was amazed at her energy, given she has a new born baby at home. But other staff members were just as warm and I appreciated them very much. The chef was a wonderful lady with a gentle smile! As were the day receptionists. And yes, the location was terrific, less than a 5 minute walk to the head of Patong beach.

Good location, nice people, especially receptionist. All the amenities available, free beach towels every day. Decent breakfast, comfortable bed. Good price comparing with hotels in the area, I think.

The bathroom needs a renovation, or deep cleaning. Shower doesnt have enough pressure. The entrance through glass doors towards almost the street was a bit weird, although I guess its safe enough.

Great location on a side street, far enough from the main mess. Staff was really nice. Included breakfast was perfect for my taste and eating around the pool in the quiet morning was lovely. Off season price is a super deal. Recommended if you're in Patong but don't want to stay at the center of the mess. Very good!

Water in the shower was sometimes pretty cold but it wasn't so bad, considering the weather outside...

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The spacious and clean room was a great base for my trip. I was particularly impressed with the nice breakfast, and the staff's service was top-notch.

The one area for improvement would be the water pressure in the shower, which was a little low.

Close walk to the north end of Patong beach, far from the busy central part of the beach and city. Breakfast daily was nice and included in the price. The AC was cool and the shower was warm. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The courtyard area was shady, a nice respite from the heat.

The pool was cold. No one uses it.its too cold. The chairs around the pool are all straight back chairs, there is nowhere to lounge by the pool because the whole courtyard and pool are quite small.

Such a cute little cosy hotel ! Very convenient location quiet but yet central . Staff were amazing so nice and helpful. Room was super clean and comfortable good size nice balcony pool view bed was good and AC works perfectly. The place is very clean and well maintained - well done great job ! Seems this hotel respect his guests and they know what they are doing ! Breakfast was nice and fresh including the room rate . Got last minute deal - value for money!

Staff speaks basic English and very helpful, the breakfast is very nice. A few mins walk to the beach indeed.

The room smells weird, maybe it’s just the cleansing smell and moisture…the facilities are clean but old. I booked the hotel at least a week in advance, but when I get there the room price even dropped a lot more which didn’t make me happy. It is actually upstairs to a little home style diner, not exactly a hotel hotel.

Location right next to Patong beach ,less crowded area ,budget friendly ,very warm and hospitable staff who will go above and beyond for guest satisfaction.My late check out request was confirmed immediately without any extra costs .Breakfast was fulfilling .I would definitely go back and stay there .
