Patong Lodge Hotel - Thailand's Green Hotel Plus

The hotel is not in a great location. There is no sidewalk and traffic is horrible. The hotel does have a street crossing guard.

The service was awful. I've never been to a hotel that required deposit in cash, they don't take credit cards. TV's don't work, the phone didn't work. It is a long distance from the beach. Would never go back.

Very comfortable room, delicious breakfast with a lot of choices. Close to the beach.

Rude Staff , smelly bathroom , bedsheets were not changed & smelly.

Great and calm location away from patong beach rush.Just few minutes walk to Patong beach.Towels and linens were changed everyday. Rooms were kept clean.Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property.

We did not notice the glass was broken before our check in, so we had to pay for the broken glass. It would have been nice if it was taken care by the service staff.

The hotel is in a very good location and the staff are kind and helpful. Some improvements are needed in terms of cleanliness and furniture, as there is a slight old smell. With better maintenance, it would be a much better stay.

It's across from the beach but not the busy/best part of the beach.

A cute little budget hotel. The pool was spacious and comfortable and the beach across the road was nice. Next door to a 7-11 which was great. Comfortable bed and nice staff. The breakfast was decent for the price.

Our bathroom was very run down - the toilet was broken and the shower was very dark and not the cleanest. Location wise - you need a tuk tuk to get into town, but they sit outside the hotel so it isn’t difficult to grab one.

The staff was very pleasant and responsive. Excellent service. The room was what I expected for the price and time. There was an issue with the curtains, but I got a maintenance person to take care of it within 10 minutes from when I called the front desk.

System of booking and room key is a little outdated, but overall I have no complaints.The hotel is a little old, but meets expectations. A digital key would be nice instead of having to drop the actual key every time.

This hotel is an old hotel.old furniture.there is a strong smell (oldy smell).but this hotel is very clean

The location was not good if you plan to walk, if you got a scooter then its ok, the facility is not clean, even after the room service, its not clean at all, hair everywhere in the toilets, the toilets are super small and the you can’t clean yourself without your hands touching the water inside, rooms smell weird, like wet furniture

Beautiful accommodation.

We had a garden room right along the road side. The constant traffic noise was too much. They moved us to another room the following day.

The room was comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff were nice too, catering to all our needs. The location was great as well, with affordable restaurants nearby.

The AC could have been a bit better
